I recently had my fibre broadband installed and I couldn t be happier with the service I received from the engineer Nuno Andrade He previously installed fibre to the premise at my mother s house and it was one of the main reasons I went ahead with them as his installation was so clean From start to finish he was the model of professionalism arriving right on time fully prepared and ready to answer any questions I had The installation process was impressively quick and he didn t cut any corners every step was completed with thorough attention to detail after consulting with me how I would like for the fibre to run to the designated location Throughout the visit the engineer was courteous and respectful ensuring that there was minimal disruption to my home It s refreshing to see someone do their job well and I can t shout out Nuno enough Companies like Hey Broadband should nurture engineers as Nuno as it s the first real impression you get of the service and purely from an engineer perspective I was very impressed having worked in similar industries you know when an installation is done correctly Thank you Nuno and hope Hey Broadband service itself lives up to your high quality of standard

Ibrahim and Robert conducted an exceptional engineering service Going above and beyond and making sure the quality was up to standard The installation was aesthetically pleasing and the connection to my property was established with very low loss from the chamber outside to my router I am getting great speeds Engineers were both easy to talk to and engaging

I tried 3 companies in the same house definitely the best one is hey broadband we see about 1 gbit download and upload Also extremely stable
