Dear Ted How are you doing I wanted to write to you to praise the Customer Service I received from Max your Sales Associate and Tuning and Optimization Program Specialist He is a very patient nice gentleman and he was very generous with his resources and time I basically solved the problem twice with his help remotely Once after we reformatted the original image from the Tune Optimization Program Boot Drive I originally received I learned when loading my old software that the Amazon App Store caused Blue Screens and Computer Crashes to my computer something I will stay away from And this App led to an immediate Blue Screen right after the reimage with Max was complete and he left me to load my accounts Max is very well trained and knowledgeable in the Computer Programming and took over again upon the dawn of a new day and I went to my Mother s computer and created a new jump drive to reload Windows 11 per his guidance remotely on her computer and video calling to get the Windows 11 22H2 loaded and we used my newly created jump drive Max help to create to load a new version of Windows 11 22H2 on to my Thinkpad Lenovo X1 Extreme 1st Generation Max explained that my issue was loading an Apple App and other conflicting Apps to my PC Hard Drive He from there tuned My Computer step-by-step the computer was good as new in the Tuning and Optimization Program Specifications he gave me a licensed version of Abode Acrobat XI Pro and tuned it so it would never ask me to upgrade thus it will be free complimentary gift from HIDevolution com and Max and would never be ask to turn it into a subscription Adobe Version nor would I ever be contacted to upgrade via the internet Super-Thorough I was so impressed He waited till Friday Evening and after all my programs were loaded and all the configurations were in place he configured the Start Menu and saved it to a Registry so I never needed to worry about it again if I needed to redo the Operating System or Reimage it was saved and gave me a new image with all my software loaded and he saved this new image to the old boot jump drive that came with Tuning and Optimization Program at HIDevolution com then I was told to follow through with the last step and load my files He also installed Cyberlink Power DVD 22 and setup the best Bluray and DVD HDR Settings and the extensions and default settings for every applicable default for Cyberlink Power DVD 22 Considering he saved my computer twice and that it is as good as new now and he trained me and made me aware of the dangers of loading the wrong apps to a PC I d say that Max is a Hero I ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure I have 8 Nieces and Nephews and I can t wait talk to your Sales Team again to get them the right computers with the Tuning and Optimization Program for these Computers from HIDevolution com By the way I got great feedback from Max he said your Computer is Super-Fast this computer is the right one for you Doug I can t wait to work with your staff and Max more I love my Computer it runs great and it is everything I need for the near future Thank you Ted out of a scale of 1 10 Max went above and beyond Max is 11 Thank you and I can t wait to do further business with you and HIDevolution com and I must give your Technical Support Guarantee for the life of my HIDevolution com purchase the highest of approbation and lavish praise also I know that if I ever needed anymore help HIDevolution com has got everything covered I will never waste my time with any other Technical Support HIDevolution com is 1 in Technical Support 1 in Computers especially the Tuning and Optimization Program - TOP Best Douglas Won-Hung Kwok

The best company to buy laptops for enthusiasts gamers and power users
I ve been buying all my laptops from HIDEvolution Mainly because they ship internationally since I live in Dubai and accept PayPal payments even for international orders whereas other companies will only accept credit card or wire transfer for international orders but no PayPal I love the customization they offer on all laptops and most importantly the thermal upgrades Nowadays laptops have very fast CPUs but in turn they generate a lot of heat causing the laptop to overheat and thus thermal throttle The cooling upgrades they offer such as the upgraded thermal paste and thermal pads which they apply on heat sensitive components inside the laptop helped tremenedously I ve been buying laptops from them since 6 years ranging from Alienware MSI and Clevo and they ve all worked flawlessly out of the box Additionally most companies will require you to send the laptop to them for any warranty claims and you ve have to pay for shipping which is very expensive but HIDevolution offers a global warranty which covers shipping costs so one time when I did have a problem with the keyboard on my Clevo P870DM3 laptop they sent me a courier guy to my home to pick up the laptop and send it back to them They replaced the keyboard and sent me the laptop backc and I didn t have to pay anything as it was covered in the global warranty It couldn t get more convenient really even if you bought a laptop locally you d have to drive up yourself to the service center to drop it off then pay another visit to collect it once it s done Highly recommended company and their customer service has been top notch

Outstanding Service
I wanted to provide you some feedback for my Window s Tweak session with Max that I purchased from HIDevolution In short it was outstanding I am an IT Professional with four decades of experience and even I was impressed I heard about the service from a fellow IT Professional that used it for her customers and I decided to give it a try based on her recommendation The engineer Max is highly skilled relatable and very efficient He thoroughly installed the group policies and registry tweaks necessary to git rid of bloatware disable data collection and privacy intrusions install anti-virus and create a restore image In addition he installed a better search function a uninstall utility that actually works and an image creator just to name a few of the improvements I noticed The session was easy to initiate and the workflow was smooth and enjoyable It took about two hours My system performance improved markedly boot time went from about a minute and a half to under 30 seconds Prior to the cleanup I was concerned that my laptop would not perform adequately for my virtual reality system It was struggling to perform on Beat Saber Elvin Archer and Elite Dangerous After the tweaks they work perfectly This was a significant improvement that is repeatable as he left me with a clean image that allows me to restore my laptop should that become necessary in the future Thank you Max for the fantastic service and expertise and thank you HIDevolution for offering the tweak session it was well worth it to me

Fantastic First Shopping Experience with HIDevolution
I have had one interaction with HIDevolution and it was to purchase a very rare very difficult to find item for my ROG Ally 7 called the XG 4090 dock I was hesitant to purchase this item from HID because I knew nothing about them and this is a very expensive dock That said I reviewed their other reviews on TrustPilot and they were very positive The only real negative review I saw was someone upset about them scalping prices etc on hard to find items The price of the XG 4090 dock was very reasonable to me just slightly above retail especially since it just came out and was very difficult to find All that said I took the plunge and purchased this item I reached out to Mr Kim right after I purchased it to confirm it would be shipped out today He replied almost instantly confirming and was very courteous and professional This morning my brand new ASUS ROG XG 4090 docking station arrived for my ROG Ally 7 via FedEx overnight before 12PM It was legit sealed and in perfect condition packaged perfectly and was exactly what I wanted I am writing this review right now on it - Mr Kim should be commended on his professionalism and customer service I never once felt like he scalped me as that one reviewer said There is a strong demand for this product he had supply and is a reseller It wasn t like eBay sellers out there or folks on StockX selling products for 50-75 more than retail The price was very reasonable and appropriate Thank you Mr Kim for being so professional and honestly not only making me a future customer but also spreading the word of your company to others in my social circle Keep up the great work and THANK YOU for saving me from having to do the Best Buy and ASUS hunt for this I am not about that life lol Take care

Great all around service
I hadn t heard of HIDevolution before I started looking for a new laptop recently and decided to give them a try I was really impressed by how many customization options they offer when you buy a laptop I also found their customer service to be excellent as they were very helpful informative and quick to respond to any questions I had Lastly the processing was very quick and I was able to receive my laptop very quickly I couldn t be more happy with my laptop and am also very happy with the service HIDevolution provided The people working there are great and really offer a lot I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a laptop especially for those looking at high-end laptops where you want to get things just right and have extra quality control and customization options My experience with HIDevolution in short great customization options great deal excellent customer service quick processing and a high end laptop I couldn t be happier with Highly recommended

I ordered a ZenBook Pro Duo from HIDevolution with delivery to New Zealand It was delivered in 8 days in perfect condition I have nothing bad to say about the experience Price was good condition was perfect and international delivery was FAST Note that I ordered the stock ZenBook with no customisation I couldn t comment on their customisation service

Worth considering before purchasing merchandise from HIDevolution
My experience with HIDevolution and why it could be worth considering it before purchasing anything from them Purchased a Leopard GP63 8RE-602 from HIDevolution Computer Evolution Inc looking to upgrade my system Mr Donald Stratton indicated that since I was not interested in a gaming laptop per se but in a good workstation he recommended the Leopard GP63 That the Leopard could easily meet my computing requirements fan noise level and reliability as he had never experienced a problem with his personal unit However upon arrival the laptop exhibited significant performance issues The machine would suddenly slow-down heat-up until it would freeze Fortunately in both cases the problems manifested themselves consistently while being examined remotely by one of their technicians After numerous attempts to fix that and other issues the unit had to be returned after me raising the time frame issue just a few days short of the 30 day warranty period What would have happened if the 30 days had elapsed is only a guess but not a comforting one after experiencing how they managed the rest of the situations They claim another unit same model and configuration was sent as replacement The replacement laptop began exhibiting issues the same day it arrived They claim it was a totally new unit CPU GPU However the way the replacement unit behaved makes it a likely and a very uncomfortable possibility they were not able to solve the problems If this was a software issue on my side as they latter claimed why request sending the replacement laptop back for another attempt at fixing it When asked to make a realistic offer that would consider the significant amount of time and effort I had already invested in helping them find a solution for 3 months the request was unceremoniously declined and no offer was made to exchange the unit for another model or any other way to solve the situation although they claim to the contrary making the situation even more uncomfortable and I still had a completely paid for yet non-working laptop to my name and soon to be in their possession Under those circumstances in reality I had no option but to accept the refund in an attempt to cut my losses I was charged a 5 restocking fee which was reduced from 10 to show their appreciation for the regrettable experience Why a restocking fee it was not my desire or choice to return the laptops it was the result of them not being able to realistically solve the problems with both laptops This was definitely not a change of mind or a capricious request for return of merchandize on my part Both units exhibited significant problems which could not be fixed even after replacing one of the units Moreover the fact that I was not offered a different model or any other alternative weighed heavily in considering terminating the business transaction as by now I was quite concerned with what they could come-up with next All these situations could have been totally avoided if HIDevolution had adopted a more proactive functional and realistic client support program which addressed and implemented adequate procedures and exhibited dispositions to effectively manage a situation like this one Not many clients are willing to invest three months of their time and effort to assist a business in their attempt to find a solution to a problem of a product they sold That is why taking the time to write these incidents is important to me so others hopefully do not have to endure a similar unfair experience when they purchase a malfunctioning device from HIDevolution from a business that seems to have managed to find a legal way to when consider fitting wiggle their way out of assuming responsibility and due diligence for their products Under this type of scenario things will either be OK if the computer they ship you turns out Ok or incredibly bad and frustrating if there is something wrong that cannot be solved remotely Are you willing to gamble that you ll get a good computer

do not buy from them UPDATE
Update the management team told me on the 13th that the refund will be process after the company assess the laptop and take fees out which I agreed too The next day they mentioned to me they have the new laptop ready to go but decided to hold off sending the laptop because they wanted to inspect the damaged laptop to which I told them you have both laptops there just send the new one while the first one is being assess and taken cares to which I said this same thing to a tech friend who also doesn t small computer work and he even agreed So instead of sending the new laptop they just cancelled my order because they assume sending a new laptop while the first one being assess is a tough task to do That being said it only took them three days from that Tuesday to that Thursday to asses the laptop so them making it seem like it s gonna take a week is a lie I have all my emails to prove it IN SHORT they refuse service because they got tired of me telling them you have enough people on staff to send the new laptop for shipping while the first one is taken care of by someone else which isn t a hard thing to do ----OriginalI bought a laptop from them on June 7th and tried to install the several SSDs I personally bought for the laptop 4 SSD slots to which I could only use three slots defeating the purpose of buying the laptop So I contacted them a week ago July 8th 2021 to return the laptop for the cheaper EVOC laptop I wanted They demanded I change my review on here to something more positive ship the item and when it get to their company they will refund me the money and the laptop Come July 14 not only did they cancel my laptop order they also withheld my refund as they were assess the damage to the laptop FedEX cause and told me they wouldn t ship the new laptop to me despite informing me the day before they would and continue to stall under the 30 day return policy expire to keep my 3000 I already contacted the BBB and PNC Bank and will send email and order proof that I ordered a new laptop using my refund money and Hid are intentionally not wanting to ship the laptop to me they re also removing negative reviews selectively to keep it from being blatantly noticeable
