Delivery was great but the album wasn t sealed and the cover was damaged It was packed well so any damage had been done before packaging Not what I expect for a 50 00 purchase It was also a gift so I had to explain what had happened

I was hesitant due to reviews on social

I was hesitant due to reviews on social media but I received my items in time for Christmas The only things I would say is there is nothing online to say when shipment time will be I had to wait two weeks for one vinyl stock to come in and would be helpful if this was stated online Secondly the shop is hard to contact due to phone number not working and their business accounts messages not being active but neil does reply on email within a day or two So overall not a scam and happy with items

Easy transaction

Easy process Although after making a purchase for a vinyl lp and after the initial confirmation i heard nothing about the item After a week i contacted Neil and he responded immediately and within a few days the item arrived It was well packaged and in perfect condition so all in all a good experience and good value for money

I am very happy with my 3 purchases from Horizons and hope to continue doing business with them as I am a vinyl junkie It s nice to buy mint vinyl and not near mint or very good plus etc It took a while for my records to come but they came I can verify this is not a scam company sometimes you have to be patient when ordering online from a different country

Horizon were responsive whenever I had a query Yes the order took a long time to dispatch due to resourcing issues however the prices were reasonable and they got back to me quickly whenever I had a question Much better than buying from Amazon or some other large group

Okay

No problems at all with order and delivery Took a little longer than some others but I was kept updated about shipping details and package arrived safe and sound Note to admin department 10 to 15 emails a day is a little bit of overkill Had to unsubscribe in the end

Order of a rare CD-Box

Ordered a CD-Box very hard to purchase anywhere at Nov 7th 2024 by Horizons Music after getting confirmation by email that it is available However it took several further inquieries from my side until order finally was sent out 24th of December Direct Telephone contact unfortunately was not possible as only a recorded message appeared when calling that nobody is available this week The CD Box itself was sent out very well packed and arived in Germany brandnew and without any damage Due to Brexit I had to pay customs but this I knew before So disregarding the long time it took until the CDs were sent out everything is ok and I m glad that I could get it at all

Satisfied but with some waiting

I had some preconceived notions after reading certain reviews but in the end my order went smoothly despite a one-month wait vaguely justified by delayed deliveries but let s not dwell on that I d order from this site again but not without a bit of stress haha

The item Wham Last Christmas 40th Anniversary Zoetrope Pic Disc 12 Single arrived on time and seemed to be as described but upon playing it was the worst quality record pressing I have ever bought and my buying experience goes back 60 years The record woudl have sounded beter had I sandpapered it That may not be the fault of Horizon but the point needs to be made

Great only store had my stufff in stock and a a fair price not overpriced like some stores and super fast delivery will shop here more frequently for sure
