DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Scammers Kept saying records were on back order they never arrived in then said 14 working days for a refunds then said I wont receive a refund as 120 days have passed despite the items supposedly being in stock when ordered

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Where do I start customer service support is terrible I wasn t told that my item had sold out I was expecting this order before Christmas These were gifts Paid for special day delivery Due to them making a decision without contacting the customer to ask how I wanted to proceed i never received my order until mid January I emailed asking where my order was after it failed to be delivered on the delivery date and one item had sold out but failed to tell me or send the remaining items in the order After weeks of waiting for a response for an update on my delivery I was then told one item sold out so they made the decision not to continue with the remaining order I was told that I could swap to a different one to continue to receive the remaining order at no point was I told that there would be extra charges to swap until after I agreed and I wasn t even told I was sent an invoice for the extra remaining charges otherwise the my order that I already paid for would not be shipped At no point was I told that swapping would cost extra also because they admitted that they made the personal decision not to send the remaining order that was in stock an they was wrong for that they have made no effort to rectify their mistakes I have asked several times to make a complaint but the company refuses to acknowledge wanting to make a complaint Do not order from this company

Still waiting for a refund told I will have to wait 10 working days for it to clear then I was told it will be refunded on the 30th January Pigs will fly

Think hard before ordering from this company

Not a good experience I m afraid I ordered a record and was subsequently informed it was out of stock not in and of itself a problem these things happen I requested a refund and was informed that this would take 14 working days to process This seems like an inordinate amount of time to retain a customer s money but I went along with it The refund never arrived despite my chasing it The company was reasonably responsive to my email communication but simply didn t honour their obligation to refund me the amount I paid for the unavailable record I know that some of the reviews here suggest that the company is a scam operation I don t think this is the case I ve made previous orders without any trouble I do however I think that Horizon Music s operation reflects a combination of inexperience incompetence and a lack of regard for the customer If ordering with them I suggest proceeding with caution The company never responded to my request regarding the whereabouts of refund In the end I had to contact my bank to raise a dispute

When ordering consider this

I ordered a record on 19 12 24 and paid for 48 hour Royal Mail delivery I received an email quoting tracking information Nothing arrived and the link didn t work I sent a chasing email about my vinyl and was told it wasn t in stock and wouldn t be I was offered store credit or select a replacement I selected a replacement which was showing it was in stock online but was told it wasn t in stock by email So requested a refund and was told 14 working days - I was shocked at as our banking system allows refunds as faster payments Anyway nothing was received within that time period of 14 working days I regularly buy vinyl and CDs through discoggs and other sources but I won t be using them again at all as it feels like it was a scam

I purchased a record from your website

I purchased a record from your website and when I received it the record would not play properly surely you would check before dispatching it to me I contacted your customer service and told them and I would receive a full refund as there wasn t a replacement At the moment I haven t received anything and no further response from yourselves The service hasn t been good and I m not happy about the lack of response from yourselves Regards Trevor Greathead

Stole my money

Ordered a record online in September 2024 then told it was not in stock and then they refused to refund my money Finally agreed to refund after a back and forth and then never refunded it 3 months later Now been told it s too late to refund it Absolute criminal operation BEWARE

Beware professional scammers

Avoid Horizon s Music at all cost This is a professional scamming operation They have been BANNED by multiple third party sites like PayPal Discogs and Ebay It s time the police shut them down Nortify your bank ASAP if Horizon s are stalling any refunds Do not put up with their b t lies Also report them to your bank or credit card company and tell them that this is a fraudulent operation You can also contact Action Fraud Police look up on Google Horrible people

Avoid like the plague

This retailer should be avoided at all costs I ordered a record from them and after a week they hadn t dispatched it so I cancelled the order and was told it would be fourteen days before I got my refund which I thought was strange Fourteen days have now passed and I still haven t received a refund This company is run by either criminals or clowns I can t quite decide

There are clearly some issues with this

There are clearly some issues with this business but hopefully they can sort them out as I don t believe they are scammers I ordered 4 items shown as in stock but 3 weeks later had not received anything I contacted the customer services email and it turned out they were waiting for an update on one record I amended my order and received the records a week later In my opinion one month to receive an order is not good enough but more concerning is the poor communication If they are having issues with their stock control and dispatch processes communication with customers should be top priority to manage expectations I would potentially buy from here again but not for anything urgent and I would be straight onto customer services if a dispatch notification didn t arrive promptly following a purchase
