Poor courier choice
Customer service on the Horizon side of things was adequate However Horizon use Evri frankly speaking imo a foolish decision when shipping vinyl Evri reputation for loss and damage is well known Delivery was not smooth sailing involved a lot of chasing Evri Waited in for two aborted deliveries Evri cancelling both at short no notice Goods finally arrived and at first glance at least appear to have arrived unscathed For the poor choice of courier - have to mark Horizon down I m afraid It s unfortunate that supporting Horizon by signing up to the mailing list leads to carpet bombing 14 emails on 03 06 Average us about 10 Suggest a weekly newsletter may have more impact and not drive customers to hitting unsubscribe Won t be using again but wouldn t take much to change that view Which is all the more sad
