A pleasure to deal with from start to end

Ordered the latest Cafe del Mar cd album on pre order from Horizonsmusic in early August for its release in September as these are always a limited number Ordering was very easy and the at a very competitive price I received instant notification of my purchase and word of a further update when the album was available for dispatch This duly arrived as promised and two days later the album was at my door First class service from Horizonsmusic from start to finish I won t hesitate to purchase from them again and I can highly recommend them

Top notch service swift delivery very safely packaged I purchased the Psych 3 x CD album and I am delighted I have lots of these psych compilation albums and this is undoubtedly the best one yet I hope Decca produce another very soon

Ordered two records no issues

Ordered two records on Monday were shipped out on the Friday with a tracking number via Royal Mail and arrived today Monday Order was packaged well and no problems with either of the records Website claims to try and send out stock same day but it was free delivery so no complaints at all about it being a couple of days later

Would highly recommend

I desperately wanted to get a Camila Cabello record as I had tickets to meet her at a signing a few days later No where locally had it in stock and I was panicked I wouldn t receive it in time Horizons Neil was super helpful at getting this sent to me quickly to ensure it arrived quickly and I received it the following day Would highly recommend this store I also managed to get a really awesome Lana Del Rey live recording from the store a few weeks ago too which was packaged really well and arrived super fast

Excellent service and communication

Website easy to order from order confirmation came through straight away I ordered on the Wednesday and on Sunday I dropped a quick email to see if my order would arrive in time for my sons birthday the following weekend I received a reply within a few minutes which I did not expect on a Sunday confirming that one of the albums had been ordered and was due to arrive on Monday and my order would be dispatched as soon as it arrived On Monday confirmation my order had been sent and it arrived a couple of days later I was so pleased with communication and service from this company and will definitely be using them again

Did not stock product advertised only thing received was personal insult- no refund

Ordered a Christmas gift 30th Nov received email to say order being prepared Chased progress 10 days later to be told never had item in stock choose an exchange I asked for a refund was asked again to choose an exchange even though I wasn t exhanging so I asked for a refund again and told 14 working days That was on 10th December it is now 3rd January and when I emailed them today to ask about my refund their response said I think you are a little dim
