Huawei Sound X a speaker to behold
Before Christmas of last year I bought The Huawei Sound X Bluetooth Speaker and I must say for the size it s well powerful and it s smaller than my Echo Studio For the size the Huawei Sound X delivers bass and clarity you wouldn t believe if you don t own the product Huawei teamed up in partnership with Devialet and to produce a monster of a Bluetooth speaker it s just a pity the Sound X doesn t have a AI Assistant or at the present time can t stream to streaming services like Amazon or Tidal also it speaker hasn t got any ports for connecting to other devices like like an MP3 player or Turntable Apart from these shortcomings the Huawei Sound X is well worth a purchase for anyone considering to buy the speaker Huawei Sound X a Bluetooth speaker that more than rivals other Bluetooth speakers from the well known Bluetooth Speaker giants

Huawei Nexus 6P Replaced without any issues
I ve owned by Huawei Nexus 6P for only about 6 months One morning I woke up to find the phone working fine but unable to make a phone call The phone would just indicate that it had no service No Service Message was on I tried rebooting it tried to take out and put back the sim card I tried calling my cell phone provider Sprint No one was able to help I did not have a replacement or warranty plan with my carrier Finally called Huawei They stated that they would email me a label I would send it to a local repair facility It would take two weeks Two weeks went by and I got a brand new Huawei Nexus 6P No questions no problems Go Huawei Go Nexus

A positive experience Huawei UK
I have been using Huawei since the Nexus 6P release and now currently using a P10 plus since October 2017 This phone developed a blueish light mark coming from through the screen which was barely noticeable unless the brightness was on full I was very skeptical after reading all the reviews on this site but I decided to take the risk and begin the process of sending it in for repair I waited 2 days for the jiffy bag to arrive I immediately factory reset the phone and sent it off the same day 5 days later I now have my phone back with a new screen and protector Very fast turnaround and didn t cost me a penny Very happy with the service Thanks Huawei

Good experience with refund
Bought a laptop which I returned after some days of use I had a good experience with their customer service I was skeptical due to the fact that the Trustpilot has a low rating most of them are complaints about the products they bought And I agree that the laptop I bought wasn t all that great looks were nice and the specs too but once I was in class at uni with my internet browser open and visual studio code It sounded like a jet was about to launch and the laptop became hot too I asked for a refund it was easily done and I could ask questions easily too through their customer support chat on their website I got helped and got my money back in 2 days I am happy with the customer service experience Not with the product since I returned it

Sorry to hear other people had issues with their phones My first Huawei was a P8 and after 2 years I upgraded to a P10 and I didn t had any issues so far Love the picture quality and that it is neat and easy to use

Great web chat support
I personally received amazing support from several Huawei support employees the last few days The support was completed entirely over web chat and email I had an issue with my Nexus 6P where dust had started accumulating within the camera lens Even though my phone was days from its warranty expiration and I now live in a country thousands of miles from the point of original purchase the support employee was happy to help me get my issue resolved The names of the two kind Huawei employees that helped me are Frank Cortes Molina and Carlos Gaona Andrade
