Very helpful sending out replacement unit

Hudson Reed was very helpful in resolving an issue after we had established there was a manufacturing defect with a vanity unit we bought We were told to contact the retailer we purchased the unit from and a replacement unit was swiftly sent and received by us resulting in a very happy client We are very grateful for the great customer service and would recommend Hudson Reed to other people we work with

Superb customer service

Had a couple of niggling problems including the fact that I d broken one of the small parts of my shower - the little ceramic circle with hot cold The customer service via their email website was the best i ve ever encountered They were in touch the following day and the parts arrived free of charge to me 2 days later Hugely impressed Mark C

Excellent customer service

I bought three spare cartridges for my 20 year old shower in case the cartridge needed to be replaced and indeed used one of the cartridges successfully in the past When I told Chloe that three plumbers had told me that the spare part I had was incorrect she confirmed that the spare part was indeed correct locating the information on her system in a matter of seconds She also voluntarily - and once again efficiently -provided me with the details of two plumbers in my area who had experience of my shower type I have no hesitation in recommending this company in terms of their products still working 20 years later their helpfulness or their professionalism Well done

I Purchased a Hudson Reed 1100 x 800

I Purchased a Hudson Reed 1100 x 800 apex shower cubicle from a different company online that sell Hudson Reed products a months ago and have only just got round to fitting it to find that there were two springs missing from the bottom rollers I asked the company that I brought it from to provide these springs as they were missing and I was told that it was out of warranty as I needed to inform them within 7 days of purchase of any issues Terrible Service I then searched endlessly in plumb centres etc to find a suitable spring but with no luck I then contacted Hudson Reed them selves and spoke to a gentleman called Thomas he was very helpful and informative and has sent out the springs for me free of charge Great customer service thank you
