Stay well away got a light scratch on vanity unit top panel Hudson reeds refuse to sell another panel but will sell a full unit Only company in UK which won t sell a replacement facia I will never use them again 30 years experience and never known a company to refuse to sell a panel As reply the facial are manufactured so I assume they cheap imports as they cannot manufacture a flat gloss facia panel Expensive mistake Stay with local manufacturers even wickes would sell you a facia front lol

last year purchased a 1440mm Double Cabinet Basin Code QUA002regards for over 500 unit has stained on the basin when a medication bottle spiltunit is not fit for purpose as is not sealed properlythe company sales the unit with 5 year warranty but they do not cover staining from spillage -- not sure what they cover and if their warranty is worth the paper printed on-- well actually is not as is now all paperlessavoid products from this company

We have the tec lever shower mixer set The cold tap stopped working the grooves on the cartridge wore away so that the lever couldn t catch on them after around 4 years Despite apparently having a 20 year guarantee the technical customer service department are next to useless Seemed completely uninterested and advised us to buy a replacement cartridge which ended up being far too big and so didn t fit the tap They clearly have no technical knowledge about the products they sell Admittedly the taps look great but they are absolutely not worth the money Avoid avoid avoid

Wanted a thread size of a spout that had been snapped off as it wasn t a standard size was asked to send a picture in and someone would get back to me no one did Found out the model of the bath filler myself and rang again to ask for a thread size and was the spout sold as a spare the guy didn t know and asked me to send a picture and someone would get back to me no one has three emails were sent last week Another example of a major manufacturer with awful customer service and a small plumbing company who sorts it whatever it takes for their customer

Terrible customer service They sent me the details of the wrong cartridges for replacement bath tap instead of sink tap wich meant that when plumber came to replace he could not do his job and since it was his second visit I had to pay Despite Hudson Reed costumer service admitting having sent the wrong details they did not accept to at least send me or cover the cost of the appropriate cartridges Bad

20 year guarentee for taps doesn t cover working parts So basically thats all it We have a bath shower mixer tap which leaks The taps turn off but water continues to run from the shower head If there is a guarentee on a mechanical item it should be honoured or no guarantee given

Poor Quality Products Zero Customer Service
Purchased a waterfall bath tap which was installed January of this year recently noticed what looked like black spots around the left hand side of the water outlet Upon closer inspection it was found to be corrosion caused by the chrome plating peeling away Sent an online form via their website explaining the situation and asking someone to get in touch and that was nearly a week ago As per the title poor quality products and zero customer service

Do not be fooled by this companies 20 years warranty they do everything not to honour itI have a shower head that is split after 2 years I have sent all the pictures requested so they can clearly see it is there product with a manufacturing fault but still they will not honour their warranty this has been ongoing for months with no resolution in sight stay well away from their products

Terrible customer service I purchased a shower tray earlier this year which cracked after only a few months use and they have refused to replace the item Having spoken to some bathroom fitters they are stunned by the response I have had

Not under warranty despite advertising 20 years
Our shower stopped working only 2 years since being fitted Contacted customer services was told to try recalibrate steps to follow despite the plumber already saying needing new cartridge Paid another visit for the plumber to tell us again that it needs a new cartridge Back and forth with customer service only to be told that the spare parts and cartridge are not under warranty even tho advertising 20 year warranty what use is the shower without the cartridge It will not turn on at all Apparently spare parts are only guaranteed for 12 months Dishonest advertising of warranty and surely new shower should last more than 22 months Now 4 weeks without a shower ordered paid for spare part myself off Amazon If this does not work will need to replace the whole thing including tiles Would not recommend
