Overall experience with IAS has been great They have been working on my visa coordination since the start This is my 2nd extension for my 5yr journey and my case has been handled good Although my first case worker had some opportunity areas to address in terms of communication The team had a quick turn around and provided a new case worker Naz Jiva to sort out the application with me Naz was very organized and worked well with me on the requirements Hoping to complete my full journey with IAS

Very knowledgeable solicitor answered all our questions she was well versed in all the details and gave sound advice Only downside is they pushed pretty hard on selling the visa application package It came across sales-y when what we wanted was advice session

Positive experience with IAS

I would suggest using IAS for successful visa applications My application was processed by Naz she was carry helpful and we worked together step by step from the start to the final I am very happy with the result thought it took quite a while to get all things done Nevertheless it s all done now and me and and my son were granted family visas

Harinder my caseworker was brilliant she communicated all the requirements for my spousal visa application promptly and clearly She s been helpful and she managed to complete my application within a week of me providing all the evidence I ve also received calls and emails from others within the company checking whether I was happy with their services which I liked I d strongly recommend using IAS for any immigration related issues

Great service getting Visitor Visa

Very friendly team and case worker who dealt with me and my girlfriends case Very helpful and very knowledgeable getting back with advice on how to improve our documentation for our visa application Very grateful for the help we recived and getting the visa accepted Although sometimes slow replies detailed support and advice throughout the application process

Generally good experience but check status frequently

Generally good experience but there were some problems Entire process took 1 1 2 yrs Had some issues initially getting links to the servers for uploading supporting documentation Contacted case worker 8 mos later for status update after not hearing anything only to find that my case had fallen through the cracks Strongly recommend requesting frequent status updates no longer than every 3 mos to make sure this doesn t happen to you
