Before I start this review seriously ignore these people in other reviews saying 150 is a lot for advice This isn t a cheap process and if you think 150 is a lot you re going to have palpitations when you see the full cost of moving to the UK IAS is the cheapest part of this whole process trust me on that but it s worth it to be with your loved ones This review will be tough to write overall because we had a horrendous start with IAS but once we got the right case worker everything went incredibly smoothly I almost wish I could write two reviews because the first half would be 0 stars and the other half would be 5 We learned throughout the process that it really depends which case worker you get assigned and I d strongly advise you do your own research and question anything that seems off this is a MUST I ll split this into 3 chunks Payment Case Worker O and finally Eleezay and Laura PaymentThis was a nightmare unfortunately We originally requested a quote for both a partner visa and fianc visa to see the differences When we settled on a partner visa they charged us for both accidentally and it took them over a month to return the money to us This was 1000 which is a huge amount of money to have as a black hole We were then accidentally assigned 2 case workers who had no idea about each other combined with the 2 managers of those case workers that chatted with us it was a clusterf By the way their complaints department is non-existent they never replied to us and still haven t I don t know why that email even exists Case Worker O I m not going to use their full name as I really don t want to throw them under the bus but this was The worst experience O constantly got my wife s name The applicant wrong despite correcting her in both writing and on the phone O got my wife s passport number wrong on the submission form for the Government and also got my wife s date of birth wrong These are only the big mistakes we had to go through over 10 drafts because of how many mistakes were being made I asked someone else at IAS if these mistakes would result in a denial of our application and the answer was a stern YES Which is terrifying considering the money and time we put into this I asked their manager for a different case worker due to these constant mistakes Suddenly O called me up and asked why I wanted to switch case workers as they d been doing this for over 20 or 30 years Absolutely crazy and VERY awkward Eleezay and LauraLaura Sanders Enquiries team was helping us throughout the entire process from August to December and moved things along SO well after we didn t get anything from their complaints department You are AWESOME thank you so much for your help We hope to use you in the future when we come to extend our visa After O failed us miserably Eleezay Raza stepped in as our new case worker and immediately picked up the pieces instantly I wish we had her from the start because she was REALLY great and moved things by so fast without any problems Thank you so much for everything you did for us It s thanks to you and Laura that I m typing this with my wife in our new home Overall it s got some great people but the potential for error rejection is really high based on our experience and who you get assigned I hope IAS fixes these issues as this is easily one of the most stressful things ever

As someone who recently utilised the services of IAS for my Indefinite Leave to Remain ILR application I must express my profound disappointment with the overall experience While the application itself was successful the journey with them was frustrating From the beginning I encountered conflicting information from their advisors which only exacerbated my anxieties about the process When I sought clarity on timelines the advisor s response was shockingly unprofessional essentially telling me to cease my inquiries and accept their pace of work It was disheartening to realize that my 1000 investment in their services only served to amplify my anxiety and frustration rather than alleviate it Furthermore any attempt to raise valid concerns was met with defensiveness from the advisor While the successful outcome of my ILR application is appreciated it does not overshadow the regrettable customer journey that preceded it For anyone considering utilising their services I urge recommend exploring alternative options that prioritise professionalism transparency and genuine customer care

Not that knowledgeable I paid 150 for advice relating to a spousal visa application and was initially given the incorrect advice during the virtual meeting This was however corrected when the written advice was sent to me At 150 for a 30m session I would have expected the caseworker solicitor to have the correct information on hand for me based of the summary of the situation I sent through beforehand and their supposedly expert knowledge of immigration laws in the UK This leaves me unable to recommend their service or to use their application preperation service

Thanks to Trustpilot my money from ias services was finally transferred Trustpilot was the impetus for them to do the right thing Thanks again Stephanie

Not worth the appointment the information you already know won t be improved with a consultation Wasted good money

Smooth sales awful service Getting a firm answer from lawyer was like getting blood from a stone On more than one occasion I would call repeatedly only to be told that the lawyer was out of office or on leave - these email alerts can be set up and would have saved me a great deal of stress and time unprofessional Yes my visa eventually came through but reviewing documentation took significantly longer than it should have When reviewing financial requirement documents the lawyer even had the nerve to tell me I didn t meet it even though I did AND had included a document to break this down and make it clear for them and the home office Went with this service as it was cheaper than some of the other options and would make the process less stressful and faster this was not the case at all and given the level of service I received I would think twice before using them again Two stars because I did receive my visa after months of exasperation and a complete lack of communication

I paid for citizenship advice and was provided with the information at the time following a conversation with a Lawyer I will not name a few months ago We took the legal advice offered as given One month ago I contacted the Home Office to get advice from them and it contradicts what I was advised I have written to said Lawyer 4 times the first time having had a response to send through the case document they provided for them to review I have had zero response I have since escalated it to their Casework Performance managed on the 29th July out of office until the 31st July I still have had no response back from anyone When they wanted my money they responded quickly now that I m questioning their advice they disappear I will continue contacting them until I receive an answer and will update the review should this change

Paid for both spouse visa and partner visa was appointed to an intern named S to deal with the case No suggestions on how to write the document and after sending the documents to her there is no feedback Take ages to schedule a meeting wouldn t reply until several emails or call At the meeting there is a crying baby constantly interrupting It was a great concern for the company to handle our visa application Thank god that the visa is guaranteed and the intern quit Then we were assigned to her tutor D who is much better at the response But it feels like it s a pure business and she doesn t have to be friendly The whole experience for us is that they don t care about customers at all maybe they have too many

Not worth I only needed renewal of spouse visa Through experience we knew all papers needed Personally wasn t great every time a new person talk to you They made mistake of wasting my time travel all the way for an appointment which was cancelled They did not request to get my original passport back Now 10 month passing and I still don t have my original passport No one answers back to any email or contact No communications at all

Used this company back in April 2024 for my wife Spouse Visa the experience wasn t very great constantly have to chase them for a update charge you ridiculous amounts of fees just for basic requests and don t give you full documentation if your application was successful I received no IHS number receipt or anything which is important if they decide to work for healthcare to receive a refund back Poor service to me all it felt that they care about your money than providing you an professional service and i will definitely won t recommend their services to anyone other than avoid
