You often find that post purchase customer service can be poor I was therefore really pleased with the speed and helpfulness of their staff who helped me problem solve my 14 year old immersun unit It turned out that the immersun was working fine but there was a fault with the immersion heater linked to it Thank you

Great experience and product

I had an old Immersun which gave up the ghost after 13 years of faultless service I ordered a replacement and it arrived the following day With some great email support to get the existing wireless sender reconnected well it has been 13 years since I did it last I am back up and running with a hot tank of water again Thanks Immersun
