Service was prompt and helpful

Service was prompt and helpful But I had to have my property s electrical circuit checked out with a qualified electrician which cost me 20 before the Immersun repair team seemed willing to accept my unit for repair Then postage back to Immersun repair team cost me over 4 I would have expected that if the fault was found to be in the unit which it was in this case then these additional costs to the customer would should have been covered under the guarantee that the unit was still under as I only had this new unit 3-months But the unit has now been returned and is working fine Thank you Immersun repair team

Immersion App login Issue

Immersion App login Issue Immersion support notified me of an issue with their server which was affecting a number of users myself included who could not log in The issue was resolved after a while and Anish notified me very promptly of the resolution

Great product

Interested to read the reviews as I had my Immersun installed in 2015 It has been excellent but I was having difficulty getting any support I raised a support ticket weeks ago and no response I tried to create an account when I clicked on the email verification I got an error 404 page not found I discovered that they seemed to be owned by Sisem so I tried their number the automated voice says that the number is not currently set up to receive inbound calls However as I saw that there were many good recent reviews on Trustpilot I wrote my own review along the lines of great product but no support Remarkably I had an email response very quickly from their support It seems my Immersun is an obsolete product from the old company which went bust There is support but they are currently very busy So happy to edit this review to reflect that fact I guess they will get around to updating the website when they get staff back from furlough

Returning customerThe unit was similar to my previous Immersun and was easy to install however the casing retaining screws were far to tight and could not be undone with a normal phillips screwdriver I had to resort to a pair of pliers to slacken them of otherwise I would have damaged the screw heads Never had this problem before Tony Holliss 20 05 21

I ve had the Immersun now for about 6

I ve had the Immersun now for about 6 years and it s been heating my hot water without an issue The only problem I ve had recently is logging into the app and Anish is helped each time THANKS

Fast response to a fault covered by their warranty

I had a problem with my Immersun but they corrected the problem under warranty The ticket system was a problem but the service team and engineers were very helpful and kept me informed In summary a good company with helpful staff but the web communications system could be improvedThis is my second Immersun and whilst it is easy to use and works well I would prefer a longer useful life

I have just had a replacement immersun

I have just had a replacement immersun after many good years from my old one After it was fitted by an Electrian I struggled to get it set up and the App working properly I manage to get through to tec support and spoke to Anish who talked me through the whole things it s now working well So thanks again Anish

iPhone app problems

iPhone app problems - An Immersun server crashed and my account access was disabled To be fair it took a reminder ticket to be raised on the website a week later before action was taken - but then Anish acted very quickly and restored my account and no data had been lost -

I lost contact with my Immersun app After several emails sending me ticket numbers which I didn t understand I finally heard from Anish who immediately sent me the link I needed to reconnect All working really well again now Many thanks Anish for your personal touch It made all the difference

We used 5 different makes power

We used 5 different makes power directors on different house this one seems to work I d buy again it isn t the easiest to understand I think and last word - the worst one we had was solarimmersion It last 13 months and no support so replace with solar boost my 5 star choice
