Worst service ever I shipped a package on Dec 12 23 and it was supposed to arrive on Dec 16 23 It never arrived to its destination After more than a month the package got shipped back to its starting point Customer service was lacking and the overall experience was a nightmare Never again

The package arrived with the box sealing tape removed that is tape was removed and hanging and box was open The contents was a car main headlight which is expensive but hopefully it looks like it is not broken so we kept the package I can provide pictures if you are interested

Disgusting Service
Can anyone please inform me how do you contact these people it seems impossible I had a package shipped by Hertz DK from Germany almost two weeks ago it was transferred to Mundial Relay then tracking state cannot find address this is then repeated two day later They make no attempt to contact me i manage to contact them on Facebook but the French Mondial basically after several repetitive messages they cannot help me This service is disgusting beyond belief I have now contacted the sender and i am making a claim for what appears to be a lost package

Ordered a consolde from eneba They missread my address 3 TIMES After several e-mails eneba actually talked to them but now instead of reading it wrong they say the package was delivered WHEN IT WASN T I have to confirm my order as it s delivered but I DIDN T RECIEVE ANYTHING They also don t answer the helping mail so don t even bother contacting them

I m extremely disappointed with InPost s recent service Two parcels sent from France to Spain were returned to the sender without any notification Despite paying significant fees for shipping and insurance I received no email or SMS about their arrival in Spain It s incredibly frustrating to have my packages returned without any explanation or opportunity to retrieve them

My order was delayed When you call customer service they provide no assistance to track your package they just refer you to the sender Little to no concern about meeting the company s deadlines A simple order from Madrid to Tarragona has taken now more than two weeks to arrive Also I regularly send packages and they re constantly delayed It used to be a reliable company but now I find them to he quite difficult to deal with Would not recommend

I almost never receive sms with pin to collet my package I only know that my order is at pick up point because seller sends notification that order arrived So I must got to pick up point and ask them to give my orders without pin to prove my identity with personal documents And wish this matter would be solved
