Usually very good but before Christmas a parcel went to the wrong pick up point and took over three weeks to arrive

Packaging and damages

I often find people do not package their items apropriately for delivery and objects arrive damaged because they use newspaper bin liners instead of more substantial lightweight packaging material I have received many items broken and fortunately i have been happy to receive a refund except one very rude seller who sold me broken items which i received no compensation for when the description clearly said functioning in one piece and was not ruled in my favour Returning items is a waste of time if they are broken or not as the description and i believe this should be in the terms of condition I always let the buyer keep the item but others do not

Very good pick-up experience Chap I dealt with was very personable But PLEASE put a link to find the pickup location Google Maps and Waze both said it was a 27 minute walk I finally realised it was 190 metres from my apartment I m new to Jerez by the way

The parcel arrived on time It took a while to find the parcel within the shop all parcels seem to be jumbled together The lady who served was very helpful patient and efficient

Overall a good service Unfortunately your email with the 6 digit code went to my Junk file so I didn t see it immediately Also there is some confusion about which lockers your delivery is sent to The original information suggests Amazon lockers At the Zenia collection point there are both InPost and Amazon lockers next to each other Fortunately another customer collecting their item explained how it works
