Overall my experiences with InPost spain is great have never had issues and it s great and specifically i wanted to write my opinion about the place in barcelona which working with InPost copyplay whether it s for sending or receiving cargo making copies or other services have been outstanding The environment is clean well-organized welcoming and filled with respect

It was really nice experience I ve sent my checked in luggage as class C parcel It arrived super fast and closer to my home so I didn t have to struggle on the way from the airport to home I would love to have similar service from ES to Poland - currently only outbound from PL parcels are supported There was only one confusing email that confused me InPost - Twoja paczka jest ju w Polsce I thought that package was rejected as I ve sent cabin luggage wrapped in foil instead of box However seems that it was wrong template that was sent when package arrived to sorting center

I am very happy with inpost they deliver on time and give regular tracking details the collection shop I use is also very polite and helpful a very good service

I ve never used lockers before and was expecting it to be more confusing The machine even had the option to switch the language to English Very convenient and close to home It was delivered quickly too
