The package had not arrived although the tracking system showed that it had arrived at the collection point The clerk couldn t find it Only the Spanish costumer phone service responded but it seems they have not relationship with the rest of the world very Spanish way to do business so beyond the online automatic system you have to solve everything by yourself in the real world without assistance I phoned Monday Relay s destination in the Netherlands no one answers the phone I sent emails to costumer service there three times in two languages no response I sent messages and comments on Facebook - they ignored the request I thought this was a shell company with no responsible person to listen to me as if my articles were thrown away Finally the article was delivered but the experience was not satisfactory Lots of anxiety Now here please do not copy-paste your generic reply You are not sorry at all I think even here there are just bots

Technical problems for weeks
I was always very satisfied I used Inpost intensively For about 4 weeks I have been having problems logging in - for 4 days I have not been able to access my profile at all - I have tried everything possible because I thought it was due to my internet computer etc What also bothered me before was that my discount codes were never accepted Attempts to contact customer support have failed Unfortunately I have now switched back to Correos and hope that the site will be up and running again at some point
