I had an awful experience with InPost

I had an awful experience with InPost I sent a package using their service but the store where I dropped it off a verified InPost location essentially stole it They didn t scan my package s code and I never received a confirmation despite asking for one at the time When I expressed concern they assured me everything was fine and said I d get a confirmation later in the day but I never did My package disappeared with no proof TERRIBLE if you are in Barcelona be careful to use this InPost location RAMBLA DE BADAL 37

7 days to travel 400kms

Although package was sent by Inpost the info email about it came from a French company I d never heard of so I ignored the email for a couple of days assuming it was spam First update told me it had been delivered to an Inpost location in Madrid Initially I was worried it had gone to wrong address but this was simply stage one but tracking info was not clear at all It then took SEVEN days to get from Madrid to my local Inpost location I could have walked to Madrid and picked up quicker Very poor all round

Very bad my parcel did not get

Very bad my parcel did not get delivered and was returned to me Very upsetting as was a Christmas present They have no responded and told me to contact customer services I have done this 5 x now sofar no response It was a Christmas present that was returned to me for no reason and I have had to pay for the delivery Not even a refund on that At least respond to my complaints inpost

Stupid and irresponsible

The package was a new year gift 1 You failed to deliver during the estimated period Dec 30 2 On Dec 31 the original pick up point was closed but you refused to adjust it to allow for delivery that day I observed complete lack of good will on the part of customer service agents and the whole system more generally

I needed help with an order that was stated arrived but was not in the locker when I went but received no assistance Their automated chat is completely useless

I was wrong when I said previously that it works well in Spain It clearly does not Sent a parcel 6 days ago to someone 111 kms away It still hasn t arrived And Inpost customer service just ignore me

You not only did not deliver my package returning it from Germany and not redirecting it to a nearest collection point - no communication I also have not received any refund for non-delivery so far I am going to stop using your company for my needs both professional and personal Disgraceful service cost me money trouble and bad review

Lockers are always super hard to find

Lockers are always super hard to find Could be made so much easier One of the last lockers I used I only found thanks to google reviews from other customers The locker was inside of a hospital car park and I had to enter the car park through the ramp emergency cars use because other entrance doors required a pin code
