Updated The first person I spoke to at extension 576 did not overnight the device and told me the wrong time for my appointment for install which could have resulted in a fine for me The second person I spoke to mailed the device and called the installation place and made sure of my appointment time She was wonderful I then got a call from a supervisor there based on my experience and he was great He truly cared about my experience and went above and beyond to make sure it was right He continued to follow up with This definitely shows the company cares
