Complete scam
A business that I would not purchase from ever Felt the person whom I was dealing with and refused to give me their name wanted to brush the problem off without any genuine resolve Damaged brand packaging does not work well for a birthday present and this was something that was sent to me by iPenstore Not once did they contact me to explain the issue I could have cancelled the order and looked elsewhere I am writing this review not just because of the damage top the packaging but the continual refusal for the person to give me their name as a form of respect during our communication I found this to be the absolute most offensive

fast shipping no comms wrong items sent
Ordered three Ohto Horizon pens as pictured on their site and was sent three GS01 pens more common Zero response when contacted about returning the wrong items I did not order I ll let the credit card co deal with them Fast shipping though if you get lucky and get what you ordered

Lost Parker pen
I have bought several fountain pens from iPenstore with no problem One was a Parker Sonnet which I bought in 2019 120 had an issue and had to be returned I waited for resolution until COVID shut everything down Recently called and was told that they no longer handled Parker Bye Now I am without the pen and my 120 I have case sale receipt etc but no pen

In all honesty iPenstore is INDESCRIBABLY STELLAR
In all honesty I ve come to actually hate shopping on-line BUT in the most sincere honesty I ve actually come to LOVE shopping iPen The ease the assistance when I ve ever needed the quality the price the selection of merchandise 5 stars does it no justice 10 or 20 might come closer And I m indescribably grateful that iPen exists

excellent speedy service
Unhappy no more I had an issue with the wrong pens being sent but as soon as I notified the store new correct pens were on the way they arrived with lightning speed and are BEAUTIFUL
