The worst customer service

The worst customer service I orderd a mini suitcase as were away from xmas it arrived with faults no keys to manually unlock the case and the inner lining zipper was also faulty and unable to use If I was not going away and had the time I d return this shocking quality suitcase I received the product and reported it immediately why I then have to take pictures of something I ve literally pulled out the box is a inconvenience to myself its a busy time of the year and don t have time for your games Will never buy another product from this company again Be warned people they don t care once they have your money

This is the most useless company I ever

This is the most useless company I ever dealt with My order was placed on 2nd of December I will be travelling on 23rd the suit cases have not arrived yet despite the fact that I paid extra to get them delivered next day Today is 14th of December I May end up going to a shop to my another one

Really disappointed with the level of service

Really disappointed with the level of service provided I brought 2 cabin cases which were unfortunately unsuitable for my needs The return service is very poor and still waiting for my items to be collected for a return Three times this has been scheduled and have failed to turn up Will not be using them again

Poor quality suitcases with no resilience or durability

This is the first negative review I have left here on Trustpilot but I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about my experience with IT luggage I paid 90 for a large hard shell suitcase which had a large crack on it after its first trip despite the website describing it as virtually unbreakable The suitcase was also covered in small dents and scratches which made it look like a complete eyesore I received a second hard shell suitcase as a replacement which after two trips also had a large crack I informed IT luggage who suddenly decided that the second crack was the airline s responsibility and I d have to take it up with them A week later as I was wheeling the replacement suitcase along a pavement to my hotel two of the wheels broke off I informed IT luggage who continued to claim this was the airline s responsibility and wasn t covered by the warranty An absolutely ridiculous and unfair decision given that the wheels broke off almost two weeks after my flight and had nothing to do with the airline The suitcases I received had very little resilience and durability and when I spend 90 I expect it to last longer than this I may as well have bought a cheap one from LIDL or ALDI Do yourself a favour and steer clear

These suitcases are very poorly made

These suitcases are very poorly made I bought a large one a few weeks back and after packing it up it ripped open along the seam because there s hardly any stitching holding it together I was leaving for the airport for a transatlantic flight when this happened and I have no other suitcases Let s hope duck tape holds it together

NO WARRANTY FOR AIRLINE DAMAGE

My case was destroyed by the airline wheel pushed into suitcase zippers tore open losing valuable items and clothing I kept the warranty tag with the big red 10 YEAR WARRANTY stated at the top along with total peace of mind You would think that you wouldn t have to read further WRONG It states that they cannot be held liable for damage caused by airlines In other words there is NO warranty

Complete disgrace

If I had an option wouldn t even give 1 star its been over a year now and I m waiting my warranty claim My suitcase handle broke and I started contacted this company beginning of this year I think after exchanging several different emails and sending a complete photo shoot of the suitcase they understood and believed that there s a geniune issue Few months later I receive 4 screws in a post Then started contacting them again that where s the handle weeks later I hear it s coming from China and here I am still waiting these lot to respond but guess they too busy selling Never ever have I dealt more pathetic and disgraceful after sale service in my entire life

Poor quality and poor customer service

Poor quality and not worth the investment Bag one of a set of 3 was used within a few days of purchase and upon arrival at my destination I noticed the seams had come off Contacted customer services and was told they refuse to take liability as it was a case of mishandling by airline when this was clearly not the case If was a defective bag They rejected my claim and refused to honour their generous warranty Only after threatening legal action did they finally relent and accept liability but I have stil to receive any refund as they are only too keen drag this through small claims I am disappointed that I had such a bad experience from a UK based company

Avoid Warrenty is a Scam they don t adhere to their own T C s absolutely Con

The hardshell suitcase broke after one use They are paring me off that damage is not covered under warrenty Even though their T C s specifically say about refunds for products that do not last an appropriate amount of time It shouldn t break on the first use The customer service is appauling Not taking a formal complaint seriously not even reading my messages but to send back the same automated email Will be taking this further to get my money back for a defective product

Very poor quality

I purchased the large suitcase in February last year and the second time the suitcase was used a wheel fell off I contacted the company to replace the wheel and they informed me that without a receipt they were unable to replace it I had recently moved and had misplaced the receipt but sent them pictures clearly showing that the suitcase looked brand new I am extremely disappointed in this product and in the customer service I received from this company I even offered to purchase another wheel and they have yet to respond This is a poorly made product and the customer service from the company is extremely lacking
