I purchased my IT suitcase

I purchased my IT suitcase and the wheels broke off needless to say the bag was a bit heavy This was in 2020 and it is only now in 2023 that after multiple emails to IT customer service and being persistent that they finally shipped my replacement luggage Granted COVID was a factor but I had a really difficult time with IT customer service and had to keep reminding them to send me the replacement I am happy to say that the replacement they sent is excellent but the three years of back and forth was unacceptable

Malfunctioning Zipper

I recently bought my luggage less than two months ago and I absolutely LOVE it color style weight but one side of the zipper is not closing properly I can use the bag by zippering from one side only I looked at how to make a claim but I don t have the original tag who does but I do have a copy of the receipt If anyone can help I would appreciate it Thank you

Ongoing poor communication

If things go right I think this company might be ok I m posting here in the hope I get a coherent response from them One suitcase in a set arrived with a fault which should have been picked up with good quality control Noone picks up the phone and response to email is not complete If you buy a suitcase it s normally because you are about to go on holiday so time is of the essence to get things sorted No speed involved on the company side to get things sorted Ready to get a refund now don t want the hassle of trying to get a replacement If I get a response I will update my review As it stands I recommend avoiding ordering these cases directly as the customer service is absent Updated 29th Aug 2023I did get a response and the company acted according to how it should have done i e they picked up the faulty goods and refunded me All in all the service is ok just that they can be slow They respond to negative online reviews promptly

The actual case is good

The actual case is good the wheels aren t I had to walk across London cobbles for 20 minutes due to tube strike which demolished two of the wheels - thought they d be more durable I have sent a request to customer services on 08 03 23 for prices for some new wheels can t find my receipt as I bought the case several years ago but am still waiting for a response after two weeks Know they received the initial request as had We ve received your query email to confirm it Don t want to throw the case away if it can be fixed 24 03 23 - Email received today to state my initial email had been responded to on 09 03 23 - found in my Spam folder Didn t think to look in there as their marketing emails go straight into my Inbox So revised score to 5 5 for Customer Services as fast response times but 1 5 for case wheels

I am having issues with the delivery

I am having issues with the delivery courier chosen YODEL They have rescheduled our delivery but according to tracking it hasn t even left the warehouse when it was meant to be delivered by 9pm again today I cannot find any contact number for IT luggage to talk to someone to help resolve the issue Where is your contact number

Its sad that I have to revert to a negative review Goods as described delivery ok but returns and communication a total disaster So if all is perfect and you dont need a return then great otherwise a communications nightmare Might want to buy elsewhere

Taking a long time can t pick the colour of your choice

Just a quick update increased to 3 stars from 2 Finally got replacement cabin bag not the colour I wanted but at least I have a replacement Still something you should sort out you shouldn t restrict customers choice because their bag was faulty Must improve communication more swiftly Firstly I always buy IT cases due to their great guarantee however having to use this for the very first time has left me very much undecided on my next purchase Cabin back stitching had come loose along the zip so can t use Completed online return also emailed on the 18th July and I am still trying to sort a replacement with them and we are now on the 31st July Finally sent a link for me to pick a replacement picked one to be then informed I can only pick the colour on the actual link even though other colours are available Not happy but this seems to be the way it is with them Hopefully I will get a replacement soon and this review will help them amend their ways for other customers

Great product shocking after sales support

FINAL UPDATE Kudos to Kristina at IT Luggage for finally sorting my problem out quickly and efficiently Thank you FURTHER UPDATE It s now October 21st and the silence from these people has been deafening Seldom if ever have I come across such awful after sales support All I wanted was a repair which I was prepared to pay for UPDATE I was sent an email on the 23rd of August two in fact the original one which proved that the person answering me hadn t really read my email and an answer to my review below telling me that they could supply me with a new zip Sadly no further communication or zip has been received My stance is the same DO NOT buy any products from this company I now have to buy a new suitcase Initially delighted with our purchases of two large cases and two matching carry-ons That was until one of them got dame aged by an airline or a baggage handler s clumsiness I emailed IT explained the problem and enquired if they could carry out a non-warranty repair I wasn t after a freebie No answer Left them a message on Twitter got treated like an idiot Emailed the CEO got ignored I can recommend the luggage but if you damage it throw it away because no-one will be interested in helping you

Wouldn t bother

Wouldn t bother First outing with our cases to Turkey and damaged to the point as unusable I T warranty not valid as didn t keep tags but have a receipt of purchase not good enough Feel ripped off as thought I was getting a good quality product which would withstand more than one flight EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Wish I could put photos on of amount of damage Update after this post i was contacted and the case was replaced so they do honor the warranty if you push it Such a shame you have resort to this before they do Oh and they said they don t usually cover for damage caused by airline but honored it on this occasion Overall you would probably be ok buying I T case if your willing to fight your corner but KEEP YOUR TAGS

Faulty zip on IT luggage

After only a year in use 3 trips abroad the zip on my large IT luggage separated from the case lid and made it impossible to fully close mid way through our recent holiday Having contacted IT customer service forwarding photographs of the issue and my original receipt and warranty tag initially they classed it as normal wear and tear but following my contesting this decision as 3 uses on a suitcase with a 10 yr warranty wasnt normal wear and tear in my opinion they offered a replacement of my choice from their warranty replacements page As a loyal purchaser of IT luggage this brought the matter to a satisfactory conclusion
