Poor Customer Service

When placing an order online using a birthday code that was emailed to me when I confirmed my order in addition to the cigars I ordered I was to receive 2 coffee cups 2 espresso cups an ash tray These items were all listed when I was asked to confirm my order which I did When the order confirmation email arrived the ash tray espresso cups were not listed I called and spoke to Rebecca She told me because I used the birthday code the other items were removed I requested that the order be canceled she told me that the warehouse already printed the order and it could not be canceled I asked for a supervisor and she disconnected the call when I told her I was not happy with her performance

Order placed 20 days ago Never received it Tracking shows it was lost in transit JR customer service refusing to give me a refund and refusing to reship it I ve contacted them 6 times Do not give these people your money

never received order customer service terrible blame game with usps order never left JRs but they wont help 5 calls 5 different excuses do not waste your money on them i have been a customer for many years order weekly and have spent thousands of dollars they just dont care

Worst service in the world DO not purchase anything from this company They take your order and say they ship next day never ships and they never call or email you When you call about the shipment status they say some issue with the address approval we have purchased from this company in the past when you ask what the issue is they can t tell you and they will call you back in 24-48 hours are kidding if I could wait I would not had paid for next day delivery Again this company is a big JOKE don t do business with this company

My experience has been horrendous

My experience has been horrendous I ordered some cigars for my boyfriend s birthday and they were never even shipped was never even contacted I cancelled the order and wanted a full refund of 148 I received 91 58 and I didn t receive ANYTHING from them It has been over 2 weeks since I cancelled and I just now got refunded and it wasn t even the full amount I will NEVER EVER order from this company again

Can t seem to stop there unwanted spams

Everyday for the past several years I get about five or six email spams from JR cigars In these past couple years I ve talked on the phone with their customer service a good 20 times plus every time being assured that the email would stop and that they would take care of it Nothing ever seems to happen I guess they have a habit of just sweeping it under the rug Well looking through all the reviews apparently many other people have the same complaint I wish I didn t even have to give you one star a tenth of a star would be more like it I read reviews of Jr cigars on BBB and they graded the company with a letter grade of f I ll be going there next to write another review with them

Congrats JR you lost a loyal customer Placed an order on Thanksgiving waited a week Nothing I called customer service they told me the order was somehow denied And guess what the credit card charge was already completed and the order still shows up in my order history Cannot believe it

I have been a JR customer for over 30 years and have spent thousands with them About 18 months ago my acct got hacked and my credit card was compromised The only erroneous charge was at JR So I canceled my credit card and informed JR They in turn canceled my account and will not reinstate without a NEW email address What a moronic thing to do Apparently I am to go through the hassle setting up a new email in my various computer just for the privilege of being their customer I wish Lou still owned the company So good by to JR and hello to CI Hopefully they don t have the Sam tecnoweney running their customer avoidance system
