Do not use this company absolutely zero customer service Drivers do not speak English or Arabic and are rude and expect you to go to them Amazon has used them for my deliveries twice now never again I will be contacting Amazon Terrible

DOES NOT HAVE BUSINESS PROCESS FOR ACCIDENTAL ADDRESS

FRUSTRATING I made a typo in writing my address An address that does not even existsI tried to inform the courier ahead of time but they wont compromise they actually told me that I should be the one who will go to their area You guys should have a business process for typographical error for accidental or change of address And you know what You can even ask for a fee for change of address

J and T is the WORST

J and T Express is the worst delivery service in the Philippines Their drivers are rude and unhelpful and don t care about delivering your package Their customer service sucks and they don t care about your packages as they deliver it in very poor condition I wouldn t use J and T if it was the only delivery service in the Philippines because of how bad it is

By far it is the worst delivery company in the UAE The drivers often contact you asking for the location promising to deliver and then tell you tomorrow Customer service is not helping at all I asked how to make a complaint no one answering Avoid as possible

The worst courier ever don t have

The worst courier ever don t have delivery ethics I was calling them for the delivery no response and no call back J T is one of the worst courier service ever i seen in my life for the reference the tracking JTE400013840565 supposed to deliver my items on 28 Aug-2025 which was ordered from Temu i was keep on calling and sending messages no response no call back i dont know who is the right person to contact but i felt it is one of the worst courier services in the entire planet

The driver by the name Hasnain Khan has

The driver by the name Hasnain Khan has no manners does not know how to speak Was rude on the phone because I asked him to bring change for a COD order and then proceeds to ask me to hand back my parcel to him as he doesn t want to deliver it anymore like it s his property My building security had to get involved called customer care to leave a complaint and to send another driver next time This Hasnain Khan then proceeds to call me at 11 pm at night repeatedly Not sure how this company is still operational given all the reviews on here

Unprofessional team

Unprofessional team They just play with system by updating some status but no actual action I have been waiting for a consignment which was reached in their Sharjah location 3 days back as per the tracking to deliver in Sharjah But not yet delivered No response to my messages and calls to toll free number the provided number of delivery man Totally pathetic service

Rude driver Khateeb MD Irshad Khan

The driver Khateeb MD Irshad Khan delivered my parcel to the wrong house even it is clearly stated in my delivery address the correct villa no and when i called him he said that he will not comeback to collect it So I called the customer service but she said they will do investigation and will try to fix it within 24hrs but unfortunately 72hrs has past no one contacted me and no one cares about my parcel which is paid already I keep calling the driver but he is not answering and never came back I will not order again from TEMU if the courier is J T

They don t like delivering large items

They don t like delivering large items Paid for door to door postage but they will ask for me to pick it up as won t fit on the bike I paid nearly 1k for delivery but need to pick up They cancel delivery after 2 attempts within hours of each other They don t do a 3rd attempt as per agreement and Lazada Deliver on public holidays that don t match the anticipated delivery date I don t expect delivery to take place on public holiday s as that going away family time
