Still loving the products but what

Still loving the products but what happened to the recipe cards I love looking at the different recipes that I get each time I order and trying them out but my last order I didn t get one

The products are as good as I remember this brand was my choice when flour and bread were supplied on prescription so I am pleased to be able to use them again However I would welcome easier access to the site so that I can alter my choice of products and my frequency of delivery

Makes great bread in a bread maker

I have been making bread in a Panasonic bread maker for 25 years until I found I have coeliac s The Juvela white and fiber bread mix produce the best Gluten free loaf of bread in the bread maker you could possibly get so I recommend this method of making home made bread I wish Juvela would sell these bread mixes on there own without having to buy other Juvela bread products

Fresh bread delivered as promised on time Very disappointed however that you cannot find a distributor for N Ireland to the local chemists 9 delivery charge is very steep Could not afford to order on a regular basis

Beautiful gluten free bread and rolls All purpose mix makes lovely homemade bread Shame about the price as my husband gets no help to pay for his gluten free food and it seems he is penalised even more by the cost of living crisis than other folk Not Juvela s fault I know but wish you as a company could push more for free prescriptions in all postcodes Delivery good

The bread arrived in a damage package

The bread arrived in a damage package even though it had been marked fragile on the outside of the box so delivery company problem One loaf was in bits Juvela responded very quickly and replaced the loaf much appreciated

First order of eight loaves in a box

From order to delivery excellent other than the fact credit card details are saved for automatic reorder I would prefer to select this my self Quality of bread I had a mixed box of brown and white The brown seeded is ok The white was very fresh on delivery however once i defrosted a loaf it has a strange different flavour I won t order white again

Easy to order Product is excellent Delivery was very quick I would like more flexibility to be able to order when I need additional supply of bread I have limited freezer space so 1 month is too soon but I will need more bread before 2 months

The quality of the products is the main reason I use Juvela despite the considerable costs I feel they are definitely worth it One small comment is that the offer is a little inflexible I purchase the Baker s Box but find that I do not use the flour up as quickly as the bread - causing me to accumunlate a flour mountain at times It would be very helpful if it was posible to vary the proportions of bread to flour when ordering a box Many thanks
