Beware Scathing One-Star Review for these scammers called The Kaltz Marketing Company

I had a terrible experience with Kaltz Marketing Company nothing short of a nightmare Totally agree with all Kay Trivellato said They contacted me claiming I d been recommended by one of my customers and promised access to lucrative high-value government contracts HMRC County Courts Police NHS etc for supplying drivers and logistics staff This turned out to be completely false a complete lie They made these misleading promises over the phone avoiding any incriminating details in writing for obvious reasons now These scammers avoid putting incriminating details in writing on purpose and rely on phone calls to make false promises What I received in return was a worthless list of names with no job opportunities or contact details yet they invoiced me 1 000 for it and demanded upfront payment There were no jobs or contact details there for me to use whatsoever I only had access to this so called great list of theirs after signing the contract and only for one hour That s when I saw how worthless it was and decided to cancel the whole thing as it was clear to me it wasn t worth it and they miss sold but once the contract was signed it was too late for me to cancel Not to mention that after several calls I ve asked for assurance that I ll actually get any jobs out of these and they assured me they do have direct contacts and relationships with the decision makers and they could easily get me contracts signed Another HUGE LIE Turns out they have nothing close to contacts or relationships All they have is a process in place company policy probably to miss sell their so called products and scam businesses across the country When I refused to pay for this scam guest what They used the contract signed and they took legal action resulting in a CCJ against my business Now I m waiting for bailiffs enforcement agents to knock on my door to collect a debt that I shouldn t had in the first place Thank you Kaltz I ll definitely recommend you to others that want their business ruined by your incompetence of running a legit business To add insult to injury and to make matters worse when I received a letter from a debt recovery agency the delivery person had multiple similar letters for other businesses in my area It s clear that Kaltz is running a scam operation to exploit businesses and that s how they make their money Their dishonest tactics have caused serious harm to my business affecting my ability to secure financing and new contracts Their so-called marketing is just a front for deceitful practices Having a CCJ has severely impacted my ability to secure financing and new contracts for my recruitment business Kaltz s greed for 1 000 has caused significant damage and I ll be pursuing compensation for the harm they ve done I strongly urge anyone to stay far away from the scammer called Kaltz Marketing Company Do not trust their phone promises they say one thing but the contract says another which they use to enforce CCJs This company s practices are disgraceful and deceptive Avoid them at all costs Absolutely shocking and disgraceful behavior Avoid Kaltz Marketing Company at all costs To respond to this utterly lies Dear Mr Maclau We re in our 25th year of trading and have many thousands of happy customers with very high retention rates across all of our publications so we are not scammers as you say Having provided artwork and signed off on our designs you asked to cancel your order but we had already gone to press We didn t issue a CCJ the court did that and you had every chance to defend your position but you didn t submit a defence Not sure what else we could have done 1 25 years of scamming people and unlawfully registering ccj s - Great keep going 2 Having provided artwork and signed off on our designs -Agree but this happened after lying over the phone misseling your so called service starting with One of your clients recommend you to us -Another huge lie you used to get me sign on your contract and art work you should also mention that you never ever provide me with anything from what you promissed over the phone I ve signed hopping I ll get what you promised and asked to cancel when realised you where lying from day one That s how you do business in general using dirty tricks I have plenty other businsses to confirm that as they do ask me questions now This is your actual business model - Getting contracts signed using lies and deceptive ways and then register CCJ without even following the legal procedure 3 We didn t issue a CCJ the court did -Correct but the court won t just Issue me a CCJ without your specific instructions Never received any paper work relating the CCJ Found out about it over a year after the CCJ have been issued

My experience with Kaltz Ltd has been nothing short of a nightmare They misled us with promises of lucrative government NHS contracts as well as inclusion into their dynamic market place We had to sign a contract on this basis and to find out they are offering advertising in a worthless coffee table magazine with no job opportunities or contact details When I refused to pay for this scam they took legal action and falsely obtained a CCJ by default As a small local company we are struggling as it is and thought Kaltz were a dream come true with the contractual work they promised us Despite having no legitimate claim they used the signed contract to drag us into court knowing full well that their so-called service was a sham Their actions have severely damaged my business making it difficult to secure financing and new contracts Needless to say we do not have the resources or finances to fight a court case Kaltz s deceitful practices have caused significant harm and I intend to pursue compensation for the damage they ve done I strongly urge anyone to avoid this company at all costs Their dishonest tactics and legal manipulation are disgraceful and they should not be trusted under any circumstances Stay far away from Kaltz they will ruin your business with their underhanded methods

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience my company never signed any agreement and even cancelled moving forward via email many times and then to recieve a CCJ out of the blue Disgusting business and behavior Do not use this company

Kaltz doing it once again Disgraceful company Wondering if the directors can sleep at night knowing what they do to people s businesses It looks like CCJ s are actually their business model Are you happy with this Kaltz Bet every judge in the country knows you by now Anyone who sees this and wants to discuss further about these scammers please reach out Trustpilot might remove this soon as they normally support businesses like Kaltz or Beonline Trustpilot - as you can see there are plenty of others saying the same thing about Kaltz Are you still going to remove my reviews and protect companies like Kaltz Are they paying good money for this protection Just asking as I thought we should trust reviews on Trustpilot but turns out I was completely wrong Not sure who these people get 5-star reviews

High Pressure Calls

My organisation received an unsolicited sales call in spite of being registered with the TPS I was out of office this was explained to Kaltz Over 3 5 hours 10 12 13 17 and 14 47 a colleague received 3 high pressure sales calls in the first my personal mobile number was requested so that they may text or leave a voice message my colleague refused but on each occasion my colleague suggested that an email be sent Kaltz refused until they had spoken to the MD My colleague felt extreme pressure and was distressed On return from my meeting I took the call and made it clear to the Kaltz representative that I was troubled by the hard sell I made it clear that we had offered the opportunity to forward an email they had refused I made it further clear that moving forward I would neither accept a call or email We are registered with the TPS and why would I wish to work with an organisation that is so inflexible they are unable to send an email and seem ignorant to the TPS Having read the reviews it is clear that our values are neither shared nor aligned Should I receive further correspondence or calls a complaint will be registered with the TPS I would avoid

Missleading Scammers

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with Kaltz They deliberately mislead you allowing you to believe that you will receive high quality data for your money You will receive about half the data you are promised on a spreadsheet full of spelling mistakes and then they wont provide you with a refund afterwards Your whole business model is based on lying to people and fake promises
