Looked like a solid company until they get your money Then they disappear Ordered a mug a while back Shipping stated 3-7 business days Well past that time frame Still nothing and no response Crooks scammers thieves

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS I ordered the same item twice by accident and was within the cancellation time frame and when I tried to contact their customer service and PAYPAL I received no responses after phone calls and emails that I finally went to my bank to file a claim dispute So today a month later they sent my items which I cancelled within a minute of ordering them which through their company I was well within the cancellation time frame and now I am stuck with items that cost 60 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it They are not AMAZON so if you don t like your item when you receive it from this company or you try to cancel the item 30 seconds after accidentally clicking the wrong key you re stuck BEWARE I wish I had read the reviews first MY FAULT I am staying only with AMAZON from now on

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN 24 HR AS IT STATES ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE AND THEY WOULDN T REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT I HAD TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM OR REFUND BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE I purchased a MUG on 10 3 20 fast forward to today 11 3 2020 three emails sent and no reply about a refund I have contacted PayPal in regards to this since the seller will not answer any of my emails about a refund and their website contact us tab has been down since the very first time I tried to reach out to them about this order This is just plain bad customer service I will never purchase anything from them EVER I knew something was up after purchasing the item and never receiving any kind of shipping confirmation

Update 12 31-finally received my mug but no info about delay Still online says processing FYI I placed an order online a week ago for a mug said 3-7 days shipping Online says order status as processing I have emailed twice no answer I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not per this page Very frustrating Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing scam DON T USE THEM

Kitchen Decor Shop has a set of mugs advertised on their web site There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another AND the title says SET I purchased 2 separate orders 1 order was for 2 SETS yet they sent me 2 mugs I should have received 4 The second order was for 1 SET yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2 They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they don t continue doing this to more and more people
