When I ran into problems the email support from Aria was excellent Didn t have to pay anything extra for it and she was quick to respond and eventually found me a solution to reconcile all the info I needed Excellent product

Koinly has been one of the best crypto services by far I ve ever used Their customer service is excellent A service rep named Jason help me solve all kinds of crypto matters in just a few minutes I wouldn t know what to do if it wasn t for him and his expertise i know down the road I m going to have more problems and I know Jason and the other service reps will be there to help me through it Thank you Jason

Koinly s service really worked well for me I did have some issues that were related to some of the transactions importing in to their system which I believe were more of an exchange issue than a Koinly issue but Koinly s customer support team was able to offer excellent support and help me get all of the issues resolved I m confident that my crypto taxes are correct and I am so thankful that I found Koinly I cannot say the same for other crypto tax services that I tried

SCAM SCAM - PLEASE READ THIS IS A WARNINGKoinly is legit that s why I have given 5 stars as far as I know and I don t even have an account This message is for you to watch out for abbreviations - app koinly io - apparently Marcus of blockchain support assures me I do have an account that goes back to 2019 and has 103K in my account - you get told you can view an account that looks identical to the real Koinly website Pointed out I never opened an account and was told It would have been through a gaming app and would have been set up for free Red flags - I didn t know who kionly were and certainly hadn t opened and account or received any correspondence in 4 years - next they say are going to close it down in 2 weeks if I don t put 500 in Please - you don t need to get scammed - when it is too good to be true - I assure you - it is exactly that Either block their emails phone or continue to waste the scammer s time by stringing them along
