Needed a device to check out Laser Etching but need it for wood projects like cutting boards and serving trays The LP1 Pro with the tripod was what I was looking for and was on sale There was a small hiccup with shipping due to short delays however the support team kept me well informed The unit arrived and I was amazed at how well it was packaged Software works with my tablet and phone both Android Very easy to get started and yet there are plenty of areas for customization of what is being drawn The preview is very helpful in making sure you know where the image will be at This is not the fastest at completing an image When looking at the quality of the image produced it is amazing If you realize that the more detail your image requires the slower it will be Especially if you are doing shading like will happen when you etch a picture Line drawings are pretty quick If you need something to get started and don t have a big budget this fits what you need and does a good job I m glad I got this one

Understanding what the item is designed to do and don t expect it to be a cnc router then this is a mighty little machine May ask for her at LaserPecker in China was super helpful in helping me sort out teething problems and now I am very happy with this LP2 I thoroughly suggest you join the LP2 FB group for heaps of help and tips too It is a sophisticated technology so needs a little patience to learn it s ropes

This engraver is simple to set up and works great I show it working in my video Always wear protective glasses when using this machine I cannot wait to start etching pictures and initials etc for myself and family members It does smoke a bit but that is to be expected as it is burning etching a picture

Have been speaking with May at LP for the past couple of weeks after my LP2 stopping working properly She was very good at returning my emails Only thing they couldn t send it to Scotland Highlands as their system didn t recognise my postcode so had to send it to friend in England Looking forward to getting replacement and using it again very soon

got my laserpecker2 good but it did not work from beginning got in contct with them tried lots of different things there told me to send a video of the laser not working then i got no joy then i get a message with a return address after i told them i been talking to my solicitor and i got the right for a refund then i look to day them little deleted my account so now i got no return address going to take them to court i will get my money back dont believe them cheerky

This is a fake company they will take your money say they ve shipped your product but then you will never get it And they will ignore you the whole time Don t waste your money

Ordered paid by credit card then they added nearly 500 to my card Nothing delivered yet I think I have been scammed out of over 2k

Please send me a power cord today and let me have the tracking number for it I purchased this unit ALMOST 3 months ago I emailed you 24 hours ago and haven t herd back PLEASE SEND ME THE CORD I ORDERED I have spent a lot of money with LaserPecker purchasing my first LaserPecker 2 from Amazon then a LaserPecker 3 from you direct plus extra accessories I know our time zones are quite different Please as soon as you read this send me the proper cord I ordered for Canada I think this is ridiculous that you require a picture of the wrong cord you sent for the amount of money I have spent I m glad I didn t throw it out I also can t believe all the emails I have sent with no follow through from you or effort Don t you want to continue with repeat customers This is what originally sent you the day I opened the box for the LaserPecker 3 on Jan 20th 2023 3 weeks today I opened my LaserPecker 3 today and it has a European plug instead of a US one I ordered Can you send me the right power supply And can I use my LaserPecker 2 power supply in the mean time I am in Canada Thanks

This review serves as a cautionary message for those considering purchasing directly from Laserpeker I have previously bought several of their products from Amazon and they have all been of good quality However I recently encountered an issue when attempting to purchase one of their products that was not available on Amazon They claimed it was a preorder item so I proceeded with the purchase paying approximately 1800 This occurred in March and the product was supposed to be shipped by April Unfortunately after patiently waiting until now I discovered that not only have I not received the item but Laserpeker denies having any record of my order despite having clear proof of payment through my American Express card They provided no assistance or resolution and instead instructed me to handle the matter with my credit card company Thankfully because I paid with Amex I was able to secure a refund However I must caution others about using alternative payment methods as beyond 30 days the chances of recovering your money diminish significantly It appears that this may be part of Laserpeker s deliberate strategy In conclusion I strongly advise against ordering directly from this company based on my unfortunate experience
