That Guy laser works

I have purchased Lp1 with the adjustable standLp2 with all the accessoriesLx1 Max with all accessories Each one has been unbelievably remarkable the possibilities are endless from laser engraving word to photo engraving on so many different objects I m still waiting for my burn plate for my lx1 max I ve been told by others to just buy any burn plate but every item I ve purchased from laserpecker has been perfect and worth the wait I m excited to get the Lp4 when I can afford itThank you laserpecker and keep surprising us

Happy LP1 user - now upgrading to LP4

Used my first gen LP1 now for some years and still loving it This year I m going to buy the LP4 as I need more power to engrave on metal and other materials that the LP1 does not cover Great product with superbe quality and good customer service Highly recommend this to everyone And now with the possibility to buy it in Europe - will most certainly spread the word and get new happy users of this product

Awesome Customer Service

I had a small problem with my LP baseplate One email later and the problem as been sorted Even though it was Chinese New Year Ivy resolved my problem quickly Great comms great service It s a 10 from me

Overall exceeded my expectations

Overall exceeded my expectations I would say that there are some materials that take a long time to cut through eg coloured acrylic I think I speak for alot of people that have the LX1 machine I would love to have a drill module to slide into the machine in order to cut acrylics and other materials This would make the LX1 a very versatile machine

Customer Service has been awesome

My device has something wrong with it so I had to ship it back to get fixed However the customer service has been awesome by answering all of my questions and ensuring to fix my laser I appreciate their quick responses and believe they will make things right

I had encountered from the beginning of

I had encountered from the beginning of receiving my LaserPecker LP3 startup problems I was able to get in touch with a manager at support serviceslaserpecker Tracy He guided me through email exchanges to perform manipulations on the laser settings but it did not work As the breakdown was too important he asked me to send the laser to Germany their logistic support Not knowing the company I hesitated but thanks to the many contacts with Tracy I trusted and I sent my LaserPecker I want to thank the whole laser support team and especially Tracy because after studying the failure they changed my laser I received it and it works perfectly Thanks againRegards Jean Paul Marion
