I was happy with the product but from on day to another it stopped working I contacted customer service who replied that they would get back to me Didn t hear anything

Awful customer service They sent me a faulty unit and when I asked to return it for a full refund they only offered a 70 refund

RETURN POTENTIAL CUSTOMER Hello hope life is treating you well I will keep this short and to the point based on your long drawn out YouTube presentation of what seems a great product cantilevered laser engraver your whole campaign has produced massive doubt in the minds of potential customers I very rarely comment on any products but this one is very very bad and I have made many many negative comments on your series of YouTubes concerning the cantilevered laser and modules The male and female presenters must have been not of your company as they did not know the products and stumbled through each presentation looking off camera for cues and reading notes Based on this I will now wait rather than order to see if my suspicions are confirmed Incidentally I purchased your first laser engraver and accept for the silly tripod stand has been absolutely fantastic and use it on a daily basis and generating money with it I hope this has helped in someway from a potential customer s perception Sincerely Yours Peter Headford

Scam company I bought a laserpecker 2 They applied for payment twice from my bank card when I bought without my permission charging me twice at 850 each time Trying to get a refund on the 2nd payment but customer service is terrible no response to my dozens of emails No response on messenger Do not buy from this company as they are a scam Having to go to the fraud department of my bank to sort out

I wish I could write a product review but unfortunately I cant because I have yet to receive it Even though the tracking information says it was delivered over two weeks ago I live in an apartment complex with a receptionist who receives all of the mail packages so this couldn t be a case of a porch pirate Several attempts to contact the seller BEACHRAW through their support email have failed leaving me to believe that the I spent for the product is gone

Horrible I have been going back and forth with customer service that the rotary tool and dimensions of the software are inaccurate leading to hardware being ruined I can not get someone to tell me what needs to be done for a return Of course with all of the back and forth my timeframe of a full refund has expired You get what you pay for

The laser does not work well than when contacting customer service they kept taking weeks to respond so i pass return period once i got a email stating they will refund me due to situation I sent it back and they stopped writing me and kept the money I filed with amex but they got their money back somehow even after i proved with emails DONT BUY FROM THEM and MAY from customer service is the one who lied to me

I am on my 3rd defective laser head from this worthless company Each one I get has a new problem I only purchased the LP3 in January and it s been nothing but problems Worked great for a few months until everything started to fail Their customer service is horrible No phone number to call I wait weeks for a reply from someone

PRODUCT is good but when things go wrong their supprt is useless with terrible criminal customer service And you can t get a full refund if their product is bad they only offer you 70

I pre-ordered the Laserpecker 4 and it never arrived laserpecker told me they would investigate and this would take up to a month After a month I heard nothing so contacted them they told me that I now needed to wait up to 3 months but that as the package was marked as delivered without any proof of this and that they would not be replacing or refunding the order They then offered to sell me another at 50 off They have no clue about customer service and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs
