Small laser engraver really interesting

This small laser engraver is really interesting for engraving small things It s a shame that it s limited to 10 x 10 cm with a larger support we could do 20 x 20 Admittedly the engraving is slow but for a particular amateur that seems sufficient to me Last suggestion for the documentation we could put it more easily accessible on the site

Worked with May Charlene Fu with an issue with the third axis blue tooth connection Be prepared to send video of issue to get help As it turns out the issue was my fault using too many cables to connect Advise watching video to specifically see cable connections That being said May was very responsive in trying to help figure out the problem

Costumer service and lx1

Regarding the costumer service i give 5 stars Sophia was awesome in helping with some issues and i think She deservers a raise Regarding the lx1 its not the best have some issues its not the best machine some unfocus issue at the end of the x Axis but overall it gets the job done Thank you Sophia for all the help

I bought LX1Max and it is very easy to use

I have had good correspondence with them Sure there have been some initial defects and I have had to prepay for returned items to be exchanged and some of my order has not shipped yet but they do answer my inquiries I think it s a bit of a no-brainer since the order is from overseas I bought the LX1Max and it is very easy to use

I received my LP2 in good time

I received my LP2 in good time but the cut plate shipped separately is spending a long time at Hong Kong airport The LP2 is very well designed the instructions available are poor but the response to my questions by email is excellent All responses are helpful and arrive usually by the next day

The product is engineered well

The product is engineered well Everything fits well and the ease of use was obviously considered I gave it 4 stars because my unit has an issue with the physical down button Sometimes it works but mostly it fails to operate as well as the up button

The laserpecker4 is a really good

The laserpecker4 is a really good machine 3 things that could improve it to 5 stars 1 Engrave deeper 2 More fonts 3 When you preview your jobs to also have the option to view the wording 1 Eg is it would really help when engraving around a watch or similar items As a box does not give you an accurate preview It is a guess Thank youRegardsStamatis Drakos Director Gamma Operations pty ltd

I love my Laserpecker 2

I love my Laserpecker 2First we had a problem with the laser head but the support was very professional and friendly After an acceptable period of communication laser head return and new one shipping 2 months including Chinese New Year Holidays we received the new laser head and since replacement now half year ago I had so much fun with the LP2 Now I am thinking about buying the LP3 fiber laser

More than worth the price

Excelent device that does what it promices Some user error hichups were quickly supported by e-mail The user interface is easy to use and will survice for most applications I do miss a batch functionality based on an Excel sheet or something like that but that is to be expected in this price range Print quality is staggering especialy on coated metal Speed on blank Stainless steel is not to high but thats in line with the power output of the laser Overall a fantastic device for a soft price Edit The preview laser wont work anymore technical failing May helped with trying get it to work and now send a new L3 Head replacement Good service

Laserpecker products are great I have a Lx1 Max and a LP4 I love them The customer service is very good and helpful I can highly recommend buying a LaserPecker product
