Shipping is horrible Sits at locations for 4 - 11 days Ordered mid december and still not here

Received a broken product took weeks of delayed responses from customer services for them to submit a for a refund It has now been 5 weeks now still not resolved The brand wouldn t refund the original shipping fee despite being faulty now is refusing to refund the full return shipping fee as per their return instruction and T Cs This is a brand with big marketing and a poor product infrastructure Avoid at all costs

I ordered the LaserPecker 3 directly from the company website I got the bundle package with all the bells and whistle including the rotary tool auxiliary battery pack and the case which ran just under 2k Based off the description from their site the LP3 sounded like it could engrave on pretty much any material including metal It does not engrave on wood or paper but does the job on metals pretty well I haven t tried glass yet but it claims it does The machine was well package and arrived at my doorstep in a couple days The setup was a breeze and I was off engraving the test material under 10 minutes However once i tried to engrave wood and paper it did not I contacted customer service and they got back to me in a couple days telling me that the LP3 laser was specifically designed for metals I requested a refund because I wanted to be able to engrave on wood I asked for clarification to where to send the machine because this is a Chinese based company and you have to return the product back to China The replies stopped after I insisted on a return I also told them I was missing the auxiliary pack that was supposed to come with the package deal that I never received For paying almost 2000 USD I would hope that I got everything that I paid for This was not the case and the company will cease communications with you if you want a refund Very poor business practices and I am very disappointed with my purchase I gave two stars because the machine is well built and engraves metal just fine However if you change your mind too bad You will be stuck with your purchase Just make sure you know the capabilities of the machine before dishing out money that you wont get back Hope this helps someone thinking of conducting business with this company

Takes them forever to ship items and when asked what s happening just get the answer Please don t worry it will be shipped soon Not good customer service

I ordered an LP3 Pro by December 27th Announcing delay between 2-7 business days We are at 8 days and the package is not even close to me Almost no answers from the customer service only some fancy and out of subject seems like a ugly bot answering us They payment was pretty fast the delivery and tracking is definitely the worst experience and sounds almost like a scam I Will update this review when I receive my package I won t recommend anyone to go with Laserpecker

5-stars for LP3 -1 for the software buggy limited features not lightburn compatible -1 for shipping as I m still waiting for my battery and 3rd axis a week after my LP3 arrived The machine is superb does a fantastic job on all metals I ve tried as well as plastics does NOT work on wood paper leather etc that s for the LP2 I highly recommend getting one if you want to work on metals

the product is excellent The only thing I am a little dissatisfied with is the delivery service The product remains in the same retained place for a long time after sending us the track number At this moment I am still waiting for some products to be released They have already been in the same place for around 15 days

I took sooooooo long to come indiegogo backer but i finally recieved my laserpecker 2 and im quite happy with it Works fine I add 3 more stars

After 2 years of not knowing where the product I ordered was they sent a new one which arrived in about 3 weeks from the date shipped glad to finally have the stand after 2 5 years and now I can finally start engraving stuff

Took a couple years but after bringing up the missing item they sent out a new one within a few days and it just got here excited to see what I can engrave
