Lease Car were easy to deal with The process takes some time and is a little slow in places but I appreciate that there are third party funders involved who get busy so my timing may have been the issue Richard kept me informed responded quickly to queries and helped facilitate the process well

New to car leasing

It was my first time leasing a car Elliott was brilliant he always responded very quickly to my emails and talked me through the process There was some confusion over the delivery date and initially I received numerous spam emails constantly updating with new dates There was a week long delay while the funder approved the documents and released the funds and this was frustrating I had expected to receive the car in approximately 2 weeks but it took more than 4 weeks The car was delivered but no documentation was provided so I didn t know who to contact if there was a problem I emailed Elliott and he responded immediately He provided a pdf with contact numbers and advised that this would be sent shortly

Great experience for a first time lease deal

Great communication start to finish and helpful knowledgable staff who were more than happy to answer my many questions As a first time lease customer I felt listened to and reassured right through the process Only downside was the initial promised delivery of 2-3 weeks turned into 7 Still recommended I would give a particular mention to Richard and Francesca who were both extremely helpful
