Cobham is a very poor quality hearing test room

Although I had an excellent hearing consultant Four times I had to call a halt to my hearing test as the sound of people talking in the reception area was drowning out the test sounds It is appalling that the room in which a lifr changing hearing test is held in not soundproofed This can result in an incorrect hearing analysis and is therefore a very poor quality experience

Been going to this branch for years and always found them helpful and friendly and polite Would recommend them for there good service

Leightons Christchurch Disappointing

First visits to Leightons Christchurch was very good and professional They sold me a new expensive pair of glasses and signed me up to the eye care package Had a couple of trials for contact lenses and was assured others would be tried It was me who had to chase to find out the status to be told they were waiting on one lenses I phoned a couple of times after and was assured they would get back to me as they were struggling to get the one lense I checked online and could have ordered the needed lense the next day so I am not sure as to the ongoing issue It has now been over a month and still heard nothing back Think I will just go back to my previous Optition s who seem to take customer care as a priority

Very incompetent service Sutton

I ve visited the Sutton store several times as my old opticians transferred over but almost every single time I ve been disappointed with the mostly friendly but pretty incompetent service Not sure the staff excluding opticians know what they re supposed to be doing Got wrong information about my child s specialist glasses which I paid a lot of extra money for wasn t recalled for appointments when I should have been haven t been contacted about issues relating to my bookings when I ve sent an official complaint no response was sent the contact us function on the website doesn t work plus it s a very expensive opticians Really so poor definitely avoid Two stars only because most staff are pretty friendly Can t wait to find a more competent opticians

In the shop the consultants are excellent However trying to phone them when the glasses were ready for collection - to make an appointment What to collect the glasses Well I tried No one answers the phone The recorded message is longwinded and patronising to say the least - referring to me as a a patient I m not ill Then being put on hold till an adviser is available No one becomes available I phoned and eventually got an answerphone I said I was on my way to collect my glasses No one called back I arrived It took exactly 3 minutes to collect my glasses What a palaver for nothing Probably won t use Leightons again
