Lack of consistency with different opticians for every appointment so no consistency in thought patterns or knowledge of previous appointment

Still locking doors Only allowing 2 people in masks only behind Perspex glass even though customer for 20 yearswon t order contact lens over the phone with out full payment

I bought glasses from Leightons for

I bought glasses from Leightons for 290 which were very nice but when I wore them I found the frames were too visible and I didnt feel comfortable with them I returned to the shop to be told that there was nothing that could be done as I had chosen the frames which of course I had I then went to Specsavers to buy a cheaper pair at 50 in a different style frame and their after care service included changing them for 3 months after purchase for any reason Probably wont use Leightons again having been with them for many many years

Meh

I was told that my new glasses would be ready in about 2 weeks but it took 6 for them to arrive in store At the same time as my new glasses I ordered some clip on shades so I wouldn t have to wear the ones the NHS gave me I m meant to wear those over my normal glasses and they re pretty uncomfortable The clip on shades hadn t arrived when I collected my new glasses I m not even sure they d been ordered and have no idea when if they re going to arrive I m left feeling pretty underwhelmed by the service I ve received

Very happy with eye test by optician but

Very happy with eye test by optician and glasses Some of the other staff I met were rude almost aggressive I doubt I would return or recommend to others I understand it s difficult times and there is more stress I left feeling very stressed There has not been any follow up calls and I have struggled to book help to get fitting adjusted

I had my ears cleared of wax

I had my ears cleared of wax And a hearing test I was under the impression that it would be a full hearing test for my 95 Your operative said as we had time she d do a full hearing test meaning that it would not of been a full test normallyShe then proceeded to sell me hearing aids even tho I had no decernable issues with my hearingA bit disappointed as felt you were using my visit to sell me hearing aids I clearly didn t need

An Unnecessary Delay for Appointment

The visit and service I received were effective efficient and all was fine However my concern is that when I attended this appointment 2 weeks earlier I was informed that the hearing test could not be done as there was some wax in my ears and I would have to arrange a separate appointment for the wax removal Why - the wax did not require ear-drops before it could be removed To make matters worse when the wax was removed elsewhere the Audiologist said the hearing test could have been done successfully as the ear drum was partly visible in both ears I was not pleased to hear all this as I now live 20 miles from Leightons in Haslemere

I was dissapointed that my micro

I was dissapointed that my micro suction could not be carried out due to Leightons policy for patients with Menier s disease I have since had micro suction undertaken elsewhere with no problem it was half of the price that Leightons charge
