I am very pleased with my two purchases with Len Crafters I ordered two pair of Versace frames and both were fitted and feel great Thanks to the knowledgeable staff and speedy processing I am completely satisfied with my purchases I will be returning for more frames whether in-store or online

Excellent I failed my dot vision test and needed glasses in 1 day I went to the cuyahoga falls store and Joshua was very helpful and referred me to the summit mall LensCrafters since they have the lab they got me right in for a exam and were very nice and understanding thanks to Dr Ami Patel for making that happen I was sent to Shannon and she did a OUTSTANDING job of finding my glasses at a great price and thanks to the people in the lab they had them done in 30 minutes I passed my dot physical thanks to all of you

I just came back from shopping at the Lens Crafters at Ala Moana Mall Honolulu at have to say had a great experience dealing with Jo your associate there She is fantastic She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect pair of prescription eyeglasses I rarely write reviews but had to acknowledge the wonderful service I received by Jo since it s regretfully so rare to find such good service anymore

I have purchased glasses from LensCrafters for years and have always been more than satisfied Recently I needed a repair and went to the Auburn Mass location Kristan went above and beyond to assist me and not only fixed the problem but made my glasses more comfortable than before

The LensCrafters site was easy to navigate and I greatly appreciated the link to the app that measures PD I picked up my glasses at a LensCrafters store where the tech fitted them for me The glasses were exactly as expected Better prices online great in-store service the best of both worlds
