Jo was really helpful when setting up the survey date and happy to change the date when needed Leo carried out the survey was very thorough and raised a number of issues we were not aware of Very happy with the service would use them again They were also competitively priced

Excellent service

Although the cheapest quote it turned out to be a great service They did the survey and produced the report quickly and in the timeframe given We were kept informed along the way including a courtesy call from the surveyor to discuss his findings The written survey was forwarded shortly after payment I would definitely recommend them

Very efficient service Gave a clear and well detailed homebuyers survey report in a timely manner Very good value for the price you pay Only negative was they had an incorrect email address for me at the beginning but this was quickly rectified

Our enquiry for a home buyers report and quote was dealt with very quickly and promptly The report itself was also carried out quickly and we received it within just a few days of being completed We were also telephoned on completion of the report on the day and given a brief break down of any particular issues that they had found or thought we should know about

Excellent Professional Service

Leo Horsfield are an excellent practice made up of friendly and approachable staff I instructed them to undertake a level 3 survey of a property ahead of a prospective purchase The report produced was comprehensive and written in plain English so anyone could understand the results Most impressively Leo called me upon completion of the on-site survey to raise his most pressing concerns This call saved weeks of conveyancing as I was able to get ahead of the curve and ultimately save thousands in legal fees The report was issued ahead of schedule following the on-site survey Ultimately the advice of Leo Horsfield Surveying prevented me from purchasing a property with significant structural issues that were not declared by the seller Strongly recommended

Comprehensive report that was easy to read Very good to have estimates for possible work so we could really consider what we are taking on with the house purchase Also good that we can follow up if we have questions - we plan to do this so we can go forward and make decisions Thank you

Zach Matt and the team were all helpful proactive and easy to work with throughout They worked hard to ensure they met our tight deadline and provided a comprehensive snagging survey with additional areas checked for our new build The hard copy report is easy to follow with clear action points supported with photos and the follow-up phone call to clarify was appreciated and of great benefit Great value and fabulous service
