Communication is severely lacking

The survey and report were great but the communication was pretty bad Our report was 4 days late and we didn t as stated get an update when it was due to be late We had to keep chasing over and over to actually get our report and at one point we were incredibly worried that we might not even get it Just need to work on your communication and it would have been 5 star

Mixed review Building survey missed garage issues

To start with the negative our surveyor stated in his report that the garage was in good condition He also mentioned the garage door was broken Upon moving in we have found the garage is far from in good condition with considerable leaks through the roof in several places including a missing tile The garage door also works fine and we have not had any issues opening and closing it This is disappointing as these issues definitely haven t appeared in the last few months and the door hasn t fixed itself on its own and a competent surveyor should have noted these Positives were it was affordable and the surveyor responded quickly to some questions I had initially upon receiving his report The report was easy to understand and has been useful so far I m not 100 sure I d recommend - you want to feel the surveyor has done a thorough assessment

Great costumer service and communication Open to dialogue and requests over the phone and via email House valuation was completed in a timely manner and the report delivered quickly

Great value for money with this report Contents are very thorough Communication through the entire process was great and everything happened to schedule I even received my report a bit early Would recommend

Very good service but nothing is

Very good service but nothing is perfect Don t like so much reliance on automated communications - too impersonal Also too many surveys asking for feedback why not assume that your service is satisfactory unless you re told otherwise

Very good service

Very good service Report was independent and everyone was pleasant to talk to and happy to explain things through Surveyor called on same day of survey to summarise main thoughts and survey came back quicker than expected

Prompt survey less thorough aftercare

I had a quick response to my initial enquiry The survey was done very promptly I would have liked to be able to talk to someone about the results I was strongly encouraged to correspond by email only and only got a very short reply - although I think I could have probably talked to someone if I d have really pushed - I just didn t have the time

Overall happy with service

This is the 2nd time I ve used Leo Horsfield and overall happy with service surveyor was willing to answer questions and report was very detailed My only comment is that the timescales for the report is quite long up to 10 days which seems longer than average

Efficient service great value detailed report they keep you up to date throughout Much better than others we have used previously

Quite good reports with good prices

The reports that Leo Horsfield surveying produced were to our specifications however because we didn t know exactly what we needed we had to go back to ask a few questions of the team There was some delay in getting back to us this second time but overall they answered our questions and had good prices
