I appointed Leo Horsfield to complete a snagging survey on a property I intend to purchase Leo Horsfield completed the survey quickly and his written report was sent to me without delay It highlighted many snagging issues and I am now speaking to the estate agent and the developer to get these rectified prior to exchange

Cracks on outside wall of Edwardian House

Asked Leo Horsfield Surveyors to come and give me a report on cracks on the outside wall of my house They replied promptly and came within the week Very nice surveyor came and took pictures etc and I received a very comprehensive report on the problem Answered all my questions thoroughly I moved all the furniture to one side of the room in question so that the Surveyor could lift up the carpet and see the floorboards as the outside wall cracks were also affecting the room inside

A great service well executed

The communications I received were excellent - friendly with the process and costs fully explained Ultimatley a very thorough survey was done and a full very clear balanced report received within 5 days The option to be able to follow up on anything I was uncertain on was very welcome

Very pleased with the service and report

Excellent communication when I first made enquiries for a home survey we discussed whether a level 2 or 3 would be needed and it was explained why a level 3 was more suited Extremely reasonable quote especially compared to the surveyor the estate agent put us in touch with Leo Horsfield arranged the survey quickly and on the day the surveyor emailed me with an overview of their findings which was really good to have an idea of what was found and their overall impressions The full report was received I think about a week later it was very thorough and clear Sadly we were gazumped on that property since the survey was carried out but we will be using Leo Horsfield again for the next property

Great surveyors

Great surveyors They organised a time to survey the house with the estate agents within a couple of days Had a call for a quick chat through after the survey had been carried out and then didn t have to wait long for the report As a first time buyer my experience with Leo Horsfield was really quick and easy Would highly recommend

Very good service

We particularly appreciated the phone call immediately after the survey was completed to give us the verbal highlights and are us that the property has no major issues The queen report that followed was comprehensive and identified a few areas of work that would be required All for a fair price and undertaken in a good timeframe

Quick responsive helpful and friendly

I contacted lots of surveying companies and had no answer no call back or no availability Leo Horsfield were really responsive helpful and friendly This was my first survey and they explained the options to me which was helpful The quote was reasonable and they were able to carry out the survey within 1 week They also organised the visit themselves and responded with the report quickly Would definitely recommend
