I do not recommend this company For starters the product was built faster then scheduled But I paid for fast shipping and they ended up sending it slow shipping anyways Overnight became a week by freight I opened a support ticket on this issue took about 3 weeks to respond they refunded my fee So that s a positive When the computer came the audio drivers were not working at all Tried everything reinstalled from motherboard gpu clean installed windows updated windows etc Searched everywhere to try and find this solution did nothing I opened an additional support ticket telling them about all the steps I have exhausted which took an additional 3 weeks to get a response They sent me a link to the first Tom s Hardware link I had tried this so I told them once again Additional 3 weeks they sent me another link to the mobo drivers Again something I tried They ultimately said contact the audio drivers company and closed my tickets I was finally able to get sound to come out of one location so I do now have audio However the mic does not work is not even detected at all Everyone involved Realteck audio ASRock Mobo and Microsoft Support pointed me back to the builders NZXT who sent me to all of them one at a time So I never resolved this issue and gave up Additionally their customer support is quite poor Takes a very long time and then they give you copy paste responses from the top google searches which in the 3 week period you waited you d have done yourself One last point they seemed to have removed my order history from their website so I am unable to leave a review directly But they kept all the closed support tickets Which is very odd Furthermore upon review of their builds some of the products in my pc are not even listed anymore and weren t the next day For instance my specific mobo was delisted the next day Which is also odd to me TLDR My pc works mostly If you buy from them you re on your own Their customer support is extremely slow and extremely unhelpful Update I forgot to include price This cost me 5 000 top of the line They didn t seem to care much that I went all out NZXT H710NZXT Kraken X731 ASROCK Z490 TAICHI1 PNY GeForce RTX 3090 XLR8 Gaming Revel Epic-X 24G1 Intel Core i9-10900K 10-Core 3 7GHz1 NZXT USB Expansion1 Cablemod 6 2 PIN Basic Cable Extension Kit - Black Red1 XPG Core Reactor 850W Gold1 Team T-FORCE XTREEM ARGB 4000MHz - 2 X 16 GB1 Windows 10 Pro - Pro Edition1 Standard Service1 Samsung 970 EVO Plus - 2 0 TB2 Seagate Barracuda 8TB - 8 0 TB1

This is quite literally the worst

This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with My computer has needed two replacement parts it needs more but I ve done two RMAs more detail below My GPU was bricked upon receiving my PC I had to ship the entire PC back for just the GPU to be replaced Took a while fun stuff s Then when my PC was returned to me the hard drive just straight up didn t work and two cable seats on my motherboard were broken They sent me another hard drive that doesn t work Could be because like the two cable seats on my MOBO the SATA cable end is also broken Though a new cable hasn t fixed the issue so who knows Might even be the motherboard at this point And I have a feeling if I want my MOBO replaced they ll need me to send the entire machine back Which after my previous experience is absolutely not happening Furthermore the PC case was scratched to hell with paint chipped off the top when I received it Guess what that would take to fix You guessed it another full shipment back to NZXT for more stuff to be broken Oh don t worry I included that in my first RMA with the GPU issue and they didn t even fix it so take that as you wish I also paid nearly 200 for overnight shipping that took five days after shipping to get to me no weather issue nothing like that just sat at a warehouse I d understand weather but not Fedex or NZXT messing around or whatever They didn t care no refund nothing They also didn t give me any recompense for needing to RMA my computer multiple times in less than a month and still needing to This company sucks really don t buy from them I bought their most expensive prebuilt and they couldn t give a damn I was treated like I bought a 5 item from them You bought something from us The transaction is done buzz off -NZXT probably If I could return it at this point I would

These bad reviews are spot on AWFUL

I placed 7 orders with NZXT and couldn t get them to take my money I have well over enough funds to pay them but they wanted me to go through Affirm which runs a credit check to assure I would be granted the order I updated my billing address because I recently moved to match my shipping address I entered the info triple checking it 5 times and even placed an order while on the phone with my bank Each time the order would come back confirmed I d get an order number and an email saying they were working on it just to tell me 15 minutes later it was cancelled No one at the customer service desk could give me a straight answer other than their fraud protection payments processing company was flagging me And none of them could give me what they were flagging They told me that they ll even check my location of where I placed the order from to match my wifi router and not to do it over my cell phone data They told me not to do it on a work computer because my VPN might get it flagged I went through it step by step with a customer service representative and my bank rep and they kept cancelling my order after I got confirmation emails I finally said I ll try affirm even though I didn t want to do a payment plan and I have the money outright and affirm wouldn t approve me In the end this company is a mess and looking at these reviews tells me I made the right decision purchasing from another company Did I spend a little more Yes But I have peace of mind it s covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty and a 3 year accidental warranty Furthermore it s set to be here before NZXT could deliver it If you re looking for a PC and looking at reviews trust these bad reviews Absolute nightmare fuel to deal with Go through Best Buy Meta or Artesian for a little bit more money and a lot more security I ll never recommend NZXT

Faulty GPU Haven t received my 2k pc back terrible customer service

12 30 23 I received my pc a few days ago Worked fine for a day Now I can t play or single game without getting black screen PC crashes Also I ve been having screen artifacts every now and then I ve updated drivers and reinstalled games Adjusted XMP settings and about a million other things I shouldn t have to do all this for a brand-new PC with parts that far exceed the requirements for a majority of games For reference I got the creator plus PC that has an i9 12900k and a GeForce RTX 3080 GPU I should be able to easily get over 120fps with good quality without worrying about games shutting down 2 minutes into startup or in the middle of a game I ve contacted customer support but they are slow and have yet to get a response I hope they can solve the problem or send me a replacement PC that actually works in a timely manner 2 support requests Ticket number for both 1574206Edit They have reached out and are having me send in my PC for evaluation and repair Update 1 11 23 I ve sent my pc back and have yet to receive it I ve tried emailing to get a status update and they have not responded It seems the only way to get a response from NZXT is to post here Even then there s no guarantee anything will be done I ve also been sent a bill for my first payment on the PC even though I haven t been able to use it since I purchased it

PC worked for 1 day No effective help provided

I have had the worst customer service experience after ordering a PCU that cost thousands of dollars and worked for one day after arriving I contacted customer support and non of the solutions offered helped fix the problem On their last email they apologized for the inconvenience and offered no additional help

STAY AWAY

Bought a PC 12 16 22 finally asked for refund on 2 28 23 Sent it in twice for repair First time it was the RAM they said Second time it was VGA error and they said it was the GPI and replaced it Both times they said it was tested and working After second repair it the same error They said GPU often gets damaged during shipping REALLY A 1000 GPU often gets damaged Maybe ship it separately instead of in the CPU Always had to wait on hold for hours Three trips with a 50 box to UPS They never want to talk and always chat with you WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN 40 years of life Never once did they offer to comp anything during all this hassle to the customer Stay away from this company

Zero stars Ordered prebuilt pc to receive a pc with a ram not properly installed Was told to ship back instead of 3rd party repair So it would take even longer to use and be out shipping Poor customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had Took me a month for them to honor the warranty for a cpu cooler The emails never get answered until 2 or 3 days later and it s a one step at a time process This is for something they claim to put first is a joke I have never had anyone in customer service email one email at a time and not respond for 1 to 2 days later Just avoid them b c they don t care and are obviously not up to the task of helping customers in a timely manner Don t waste your time like they will waste yours
