Was charged over 7 euro for nuts When I got home I felt something wasn t adding up and checked my receipt

Rip off

I bought ten cases of 750ml water and they increased the price from 1 79 per case to 2 25 per case then had the cheek to charge me another 15euro at the till that not a rip off

I purchased Farrell s 2 5kg Maris piper potatoes last week in Lidl terenure very disappointed with the quality when peeled 20 to 25 percent of them had black pieces rot inside them this potato is known for its quality and reflected in its price I have had this potato from other supermarkets and never had this problem won t be purchasing this producer again will be purchasing elsewhere

Lidl smoked Cheadle sliced can t separate all stuck together on pack writing 10 slices but not possible to separated before was plastic sheets between slices now just 10 slices stuck together

I have been a faithful shopper since Lidl first opened in London in the eighties I moved to Galway Rep Ireland and have been shopping at Headford Road branch The staff is an absolute delight and so helpful The products are very reasonable and the plants and shrubs are give away prices I bought a weed burner today and tried it out One gripe in fact two The lead is so short that I have to walk around with the extension The booklet print is very small I would love to see more illustrations Ikea has very simple visual instructions and the print is large Lidl I love shopping with you but ask your suppliers to print a booklet that s visual and easy to follow especially if you are visually impaired Richard Galway

The shop is convenient with some great

The shop is convenient with some great products and friendly staff the pricing is reasonable However I have contacted their customer care team twice regarding serious issues one a putrid smelling chicken and they did not even reply except for the Automated acknowledgement Some of their vegetables can be out of date or mouldy

Nice layout of store really quick

Nice layout of store really quick checkout assistants meat section and frozen sections are really good bakery is also good The only complaints are the oranges and apples they are really poor there actually sometimes there not fit for sale and the Lidl app was good but is now not worth the hassle to scan

No loyalty rewards

The products are fine for my needs I buy often there The thing that bothers me is that Lidl plus app is totally useless and I as frequent customer get no perks I spend quiet a lot at Lidl on monthly basis and yet I get no perks like one gets in other stores Just some kind of appreciation of loyal customers would be nice now and then

Careless management

Careless management not very happy to solve customer problems fake promotion lidl plus not working even that it was scanned Awaiting now the customer service to see what they have to say about that everything can be proven with photos receipt lidl s cctv s Maybe the management needs refreshing training as well about being kind and polite with the customers and their issues Lidl Enniscorthy Update Ryan from customer service sort out my issue and apologies in the name of the store manager Apologies accepted Ryan For your profesional way to solve the problem I would give you 5 plus 1 my initial rating the average will be 3

Lidl Bettystown

Lidl Bettystown - kids trolleys I emailed to say this is a bad idea that it is hard enough for some customers to get around without toddlers ramming trolleys around Every other store seems to manage without offering this I just do not think this is viable
