I am a regular customer at Lidl in Celbridge I have recently noticed one of your new staff name vinaye who is very pleasant jovial and welcoming person The thing that amazed me more that he remembered my name from the first time i met him I used to go to Lidl twice or thrice a week But now I m going to Lidl almost everyday despite the Covid-19 pandemic as it is advisable to stay indoor considering my age Despite that i go to lidl but just to talk and absorbs this man happy to go nature He brightens my day as living alone in such a pandemic is very stressing but this has kept me going I hope and pray he stays at Lidl after positive comments and feedbacks on himThank you for taking care of me by this wonderful staff God bless Be safe

Lidl Belgard Road Dublin 24 I was an Aldi shopper but have found the Lidl Belgard Store to be brighter and more spacious place to shop The store is always clean and the staff are courteous at the tills Any issues with products have always been resolved quickly are well explained Happily give this store a 5 star rating

I recently bought a farm set and when I opened box parts were missing I was extremely impressed with how my complaint was handled and how staff ensured the missing parts were delivered before Christmas despite busy period Thanking you again

Hi I was in your store in Ballyfermot as I have being shopping here for years when I had my goods about 8 small item I went to the lane to check out the person told me I am closing I said ok will they open another lane she replied no I have to go to self service I don t have great eyesight so I had to leave my goods and go to Tesco instead as a long time customer I felt very embarrassed and will not return to this store going forward Regards Pat

Lidl ireland is a most pleasant easy place to shop with a wonderful selection of products Their Deluxe range never disappoints Every store has great parking facilities The staff are unfailingly pleasant polite and always helpful I have limited mobility and they will always either allow me to bring the small shopping trolley outside if i cannot carry my shopping or for larger items a staff member will accompany me to my car and help me with it I very much appreciate this as it makes a painful task so much easier for me well done to lidl particularly Ballina Branch

Had problem with bicycle light Had replacement in hand sent from Germany in less than 72 hours Emiliano Kessler in Irish customer care was generous and efficient went above and beyond Very impressive top marks Emiliano and Lidl

I ve just come from Lidl in Cashel I generally like Lidl - I d love if they still sold Wholemeal flour - but anyway today I handed the cashier PJ what I thought was 100 to pay for my shopping but he gave me 50 back as I d actually given him 150 I love his honesty It s the only way to live I generally find the staff at all the Lidl s very helpful

I would like to gratitude for Lidle super market stores outlets staffs and Management especially in Ireland Clonmel Davis Road branch Manager Mr David and mostly I see him assisting all internally and cashier seat Mr Vladimir Mr Aden as he is young and recently from I can see him in the cash counter and others too for their pleasant behavior and fruitful approach and all purchasing and products doubts and all I felt from my deep heart to recognise them well and always they are in my memory Past 4 years I was dealt with lidle outlets in Malta safi area and Qormi too but compare to all in Ireland I have had very good experience with Lidle Mr David is seeing always busy with arranging things and hard working personnel there Also I use to visit occasionally at Queen Street branch also it s the same feelings and experience is also there too Thank you very much and I assure you this review is doing by myself and even they have no acknowledgement about it Sincerely yours Abdul Kareem AboobackerVehicle Inspector

I have to give lidl Shackleton 5 stars the manager was absolutley fantastic as well as her crew they went up and above to look after us The shop is spotless and extremely well run by you guys thank you for all your kindness and customer care Merry Christmas john John
