Their online ordering site does not work I have not been able to complete an order since November I emailed their customer service multiple times only to get lip service responses thanks we re looking into it It s like they don t want you to spend money at their site

Terrible Company Incompetence prevails among employees
Ordered 2 hats on February 25th One month later and several phone calls still no hats Excuses seem to be a part of the Customer Service Reps script Bad weather has caused a delay Here is a 10 coupon we will give you free shipping the retail stores are shipping the hats soon we are giving you a 25 discount our President doesn t talk to customers my manager will call you back and doesn t It is incredible that a company can survive with no regard for customers Good thing there aren t the only game in town

Awful customer service
Is it just me or do employees at most lids stores hate their jobs Went to the Ala Moana center in Hawaii today where there are 3 stores Two of them were clearly so inconvenienced just by having a customer there that they made it so uncomfortable I had to leave Not only were they unhelpful they made it so obvious that they didn t want to have to deal with anybody while being paid One was a young guy and the second a young girl The third which was sthe largest store had an older more mature gentleman who was chatty and couldn t have been more helpful Such a shame

I purchased Detroit Pistons jacket back in December 17th they told me that due to coronavirus that I will not get my package until January Now they re saying that I won t get my package until February so I will NOT buy anything from Libs com again and I will report them to the State Attorney General

They refuse to cancel or refund
Ordered a jersey and they said it would be delivered by December 1 2022 I call on December 1 to see where the jersey is and they tell me it s not shipped yet and will be delivered by December 20 2022 I cancel the order on the phone and wait for a refund Instead of a refund I keep getting emails saying they re working on shipping the jersey I contact them again to cancel Same story keeps recycling with no refund and no confirmation of cancellation I had to contact my credit card company to dispute it

Don t buy from them They don t care about their customers Ordered 2 day air on the 18th Checked tracking today to see it arriving on the 27th via ground shipping Contacted them several times with no resolve Basically told me it is what it is didnt care at all These were Christmas gifts Thanks Lids You blocked me on every social media site except this Real professional

Lids ABSOLUTELY Horrible experience at your Crabtree Valley Mall location in Raleigh NC Crabtree Valley Mall4325 Glenwood Ave Sp2067Lids Crabtree Valley Mall 5855Raleigh NC 27612919-571-3548 I went in for embroidery and was told that the only person who could do what I asked which was Greek Letters for my fraternity on a hat that I brought in wouldn t be in until later that day I was told that if I paid for it I could come back and pick it up Also that I would be called if there was any issue Since I live an hour away Called before coming back today I was told that it wasn t done but would be in 30-40 minutes I arrived and was told they don t have one of the Greek Letters I needed Others in my fraternity have used your business to have hate embroidered with no problem with the same thing I asked for The store was extremely busy and there was only one person working Coming from a background in retail management this was unacceptable by itself The sales person wasn t very helpful and didn t seem concerned about my 2 trips almost an hour there and a the same going back He walked away when I was trying to ask for a receipt for a refund and then again as he handing me back my hat This was very unprofessional I will be letting other members of my fraternity know what a negative experience I ve had I the time before this one I drove here and the machine was broken

Horrible costumer service And there is no contacts to communicate with anyone about an issue I had at one of the stores Avoid the store at Lewisham in London one of the employees will be very dismissive won t explain anything about the costume service and you will end up paying for something you won t like

Lids outsources support Don t blame those guys on the other end of the phone if you re clever and persistent enough to even find it because obviously LIDS DOESN T WANT YOU TO FIND IT or it would be listed next to all their bs claims of 100 satisfaction and blaming covid for all their awful and classless policies I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN Hope you save time and frustration by NOT BUYING FROM LIDS ONLINE My local shop still has ZERO championship gear at Christmas months after the trophy is decided This company is run by money grabbers Stay away Paid for a shirt it never arrived Tracking number is worthless they won t refund 100 UNSATISFIED

Ordered a Bayern Human Race top that I was supposed to receive on December 9 but delivery was postponed to December 30 Now we are close to the date the delivery got pushed again to January 19 Guess what I spoke to a customer service representative and he could not even help me Stay away from Lids com place your orders elsewhere Totally disappointed
