Better than a kick in the teeth

My voucher had expired two days prior and the customer service representative initially informed me that there was no solution However upon my request to escalate the matter the representative was authorised to issue me a new voucher code Although the original voucher was worth 100 a 10 reduction was applied during the reissuance process resulting in a new voucher worth 90 Although not ideal it was a better outcome than nothing I am awaiting receipt of the reissued voucher

100 on Customer Service transactions could be smoothed out a bit

Customer Service on Love2shop has been first rate for being proactive keen to help and clear- great problemsolving The premise I understand but I would like to see a more options for physical giftcards or evoucher or textsb loose the rigid amounts to purchasec Ensure that everything redeemed can be used instore and online Then I would give Love2Shop 5 stars The people there have been super the actual transactions are kind of clunky Nothing that cannot be smoothed out- it just seems so antiquated to limit options so much and that is counter intuitive for the stores and the recipients The shoppers

It gives a lot of options to choose from Once I realised that I had to swap it for another gift card it was reasonably easy - but not intuitive

Can be a bit awkward to use

These things are a pain to use I got a 50 voucher so I wanted to use it to get a 50 Amazon voucher It says there is a charge of 2 50 making the balance 52 50 but you can t pay the difference using a card of your own Only option then is to but another Love2shop voucher which is not for the correct value anyway No really good way to use this voucher unless you want to buy something for exactly 47 50 from Argos or something I will of course find a way to use it but I have let the giver know how this works and that they are giving less than they think when they send one to a recipient They will be using a more amenable method next time apparently Update Love2shop responded as below Still a nit awkward but I m very pleased with their taking the tine to reply
