I found the site initially quite challenging as I could not log my vouchers but the Customer Service team were great and sent me the correct link very promptly and it all worked in the end

There was a bit of delay with the card coming to me I sent an email and the team got back to me straight away and arranged for another delivery of my card The problem was resolved immediately

I received a 100 gift card from my employer for 20 years service I chose to have the voucher sent to me as I wanted to spend in store not online The post arrived from love to shop but there was no voucher in it I had to jump through hoops then to get another one sent Don t think they believed me that it wasn t in the envelope which included phone calls emails and weeks of waiting They eventually sent out another voucher and this time put the wrong address on the envelope This time it was sent signed for and our postie knows our name so new it was for us but if it hadn t been for him it wouldn t have arrived again What I don t understand is when I did get a gift card the second time I had to phone up and activate it so why didn t they just stop the first card that they sent out from being activated so it couldn t be used if someone had stole it and send me a replacement What really has annoyed me though is that I have now had my phone bill through from Sky and the calls to the 08450777709 number that was included on the first letter which I received cost me 17 68 to phone so that s 17 68 from my 100 Update I have updated from a one star to a four star After Writing This Review I was contacted by Emma who was helpful and had given me back the cost of my phone calls and has said that they will change the number on the forms that arrive with the physical gift card which fingers crossed will help others not have to pay to phone the premium rate number

Had a problem claiming a love2shop voucher so contacted customer services who replied within minutes to explain and help me Think it was due to a senior moment Great help thanks again

I used the webchat service to request a replacement Love2Shop card as I d lost my previous one Despite the frustrating 8 90 admin fee for the replacement the overall service was great and saved me having to call them up Love2Shop is a great service overall - you can use the cards in a range of stores and or their online stores It would be even better if the range of stores was expanded but the choice still gives you a good choice of retailers Highly recommend

I asked a question about whether my code had been redeemed and although they needed various pieces of info security they were able to give me enough info to answer my question promptly System cuts out a bit fast if don t continue chat hence 4 not 5

Customer service was fantastic Although the actual store needs looking at Especially at this time of year queues are Especially long and only 2 tills The rest are self serving ones You do know old people dont do technology

My twin boys were each given a 40 love 2 shop gift card at St Thomas Hospital after having MRI brain scans as part of a research project I managed to exchange 25 pounds from each so they could buy something but was unable to do anything with the remaining 15 pounds as the shops they wanted from had a 25 pound minimum voucher I finally got round to calling the support line and was told they expired four days ago and as they were a gift there is nothing they can do After writing a negative review on trustpilot I was contacted by Emma who quickly resolved the issue and issued a replacement card with the 30 pounds that I was initially told I had lost Thanks Emma for resolving

Initially struggled to get any help from Love2Shop and was left quite deflated with quite a few emails back and forth But after speaking with Nathan he really seemed to care and help

Love2shop customer services helped to give me the balance on a love2shop card I won I really didn t know how to find out what the remaining ballance was it took a couple of days or more to get back to me but that s fine I have the balance now
