Christmas Delivery Lies

I placed my order long before their Christmas delivery cut off date I called to check it would be here in time and was assured it would be I have received an email to state it will not be here before Christmas So now my husband has nothing to open from his children on Christmas Day While the delivery fee is being refunded this is not acceptable Particularly when I ordered it at the beginning of the month and then called 5 days ago and was assured it would be here in time

such slow delivery

such slow delivery - still currently stuck at the boarder with no update from Made in Design Such poor customer service and experience Xmas present won t arrive in time despite ordering four weeks before and paying for delivery

Terrible

Terrible - Buyer beware Goods are so slow to be delivered and tracking is awful My goods were are held in customs and are still not delivered a week later Company not helpful at all just say it will be with me shortly I have asked for a refund - funny no answer regarding this Very very disappointing - no indication goods were being sent from abroad to uk on ordering

Hopeless company

Ordered a gravy boat as a Christmas present in good time for Christmas It didn t arrive no information available Hopeless website very hard to find information Now well after Christmas DPD have apparently sent the gravy boat back to Made in Design saying they couldn t contact me No attempts at contact made and the recipient had arranged to collect it from a local shop but it never got there Unbelievably poor service - avoid using this company at all costs

I regret purchasing from Made In

I regret purchasing from Made In Design the company is based in Grenoble France and have purchased a UK domain which gives the illusion that it is a UK based shop which it is not I waited for a month for my items to arrive despite the company reassuring me multiple times items get dispatched within 72hrs I have received items quicker from China It is odd it should take three days to process an order in itself Customs informed me there was an issue with their paperwork I would advise UK shoppers to markedly avoid shopping here it s not worth the hassle just to save 20 compared to UK retailers

Flat pack coffee table on a pallet

AVOID Honestly having the worst time with this company Who sends a large delivery lorry to deliver a flatpack coffee table on a pallet I live in a large apartment block with no drop off point accessibility for a delivery this size The only option I seem to have now is to PAY for a return Speaking with the delivery partner I can t even refuse the delivery until the day I ve found numerous other companies which offer delivery by a simple local courier Never ordering from here again Don t be fooled by the low prices

Misleading delivery estimates

Misleading delivery estimates I ordered a gift for a friend with an estimated 1-2 week delivery time 6 weeks on and still no delivery There is no tracking to even keep you updated that the item is still not yet in stock After chasing this I received an email to say that the item is expected in the warehouse at the end of March so I assume that means delivery by early April Really not acceptable to have such a long delay and if the 1-2 week delivery time was something they were not able to meet then they should have let me know and given me an option for my money back Very poor customer service and misleading delivery estimates

Info on order

I place my order 200309562 on 24th April 2020 On purchase they said I could expect the dispatch of my item within 10 days and that I would have received an email I haven t received any email and I tried to contact the customer care via the contact form email and phone to have information on the status of my order I did not receive any reply and I would like to know when I can expect the delivery of my order The order was posted with Chronopost 20th May but apparently refused and sent back to made because the packaging was unsuitable So when I can expect my package now

Still waiting

I ordered 2 products on 24th November 2018 hoping that this would be sufficient time for them to be delivered in time for Christmas My order is still processing I chased this up with Made in Design on 10 12 18 who told me that the items would arrive in their warehouse the week before Christmas and then would be despatched I didn t hear anything after that I ended up ordering a present from another store and I m glad I did Just hope I get my money refunded now

Not able to get hold of anyone

Not able to get hold of anyone Spent 30 minutes on hold then got through to a french message I couldn t understand Foolishly tried again for another 35 minutes to get the same thing Have emailed and no reply As you seem to be responding to these messages please can you tell me what is happening with order 200289252 Update I have replied as the item I wanted is no longer in stock I have asked for a full refund please can you confirm how long a full refund will take as some reviews on here say they are still waiting
