Made an order 20 days ago thinking that would be plenty of time for my sisters birthday which is in a few days time I have had no emails since the initial purchase I have tried calling customer service which is automated telling you the times it is open and then hangs up even when you ring within that time I am aware they have changed systems of some sort but this long of a delay and no customer service They should stop selling products I really hope I receive my order soon as it was not cheap

I made a sizeable online order for garden furniture listed as in stock and with nearly 3 weeks of silence now have finally rung customer services for an update I m having similar experiences to others here unfortunately woman on phone lacks any customer service skills - she can give no delivery info and no direct contact for logistics company they use and who apparently are the sole bearers of any information on my order She seemed uncertain whether items had been dispatched yet and couldn t assure me when company would make contact with me Very poor service sadly and leads me to also question whether this company is operating legitimately

As stated in the title I placed my 400 order of 2 items on the site in early Sep in the hope that I could use them on a few occasions in October but now I m sure I won t get it before 2023 if I m going to receive it at all On 20 Oct I emailed them and got the reply that the order would be ready by mid-Nov and on 30th Nov I finally received a dispatch confirmation saying the order had been handed over to GEODIS for delivery they would be in contact within 10 to 18 working days to arrange a delivery date - no surprise I ve not heard back from them still I will be starting my year-end holiday next week so I m pretty sure I won t see the items before the new year It s ironic every time seeing their promotional emails for holiday gifting - how can people possibly get their gifts on time Although it might be a while before I get them I m still keen to know where my order is Update I was contacted by the courier before Christmas and finally received my order in early Jan The items are very nice and I enjoy having them around now but still consider the waiting time to be unacceptable especially without communication Hope this isn t happening anymore

I am reading other reviews and see I am in a similar position to many others I received a damaged table on January 13th and as soon as it was unpacked I sent in an After Sales Request I have since spoken with Customer Service three times each time being promised that someone would get back to me - but i have received no communication at all This is unbelievable in this day and age that an entity owned by Printemps could be so disrespectful of its customers The after sales service number is MSAV230113131046An update to this note - within a day of posting on TrustPilot i finally got a response I was told that I should have opened the furniture packaging prior to allowing the delivery company to leave But in any event Made In Design promised to get in touch with the manufacturer to either get a replacement part only one leg which is removable was damaged or a new table entirely Furthermore they told me this could be up to 15 days That was nearly a month ago and still no resolution of my issue I will update my star rating to two stars but no more until there is a resolution

Didn t give a timeframe for delivery didn t state clearly it was coming from France Item arrived unusable as UK adapter was not provided as stated on the website

The item I ordered was due to be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas Delivery was late and was scheduled to arrive whilst I was on holiday so I rang to arrange a later delivery and was assured given the package hadn t been dispatched at that point that this would be no problem However the package was dispatched the day after the call and an attempt was made to deliver whilst I was on holiday Email communication since the call has been poor It s not clear if the package has been returned to Made in Design or whether it s missing I await an update and refund

I haven t even got my product yet but am worried that it is not going to take the 3 to 5 days promised I can certainly say that the 15 code didn t work and my email asking for a refund for the 15 I ended up paying has been ignored There are definitely better companies out there for these kinds of products

If you offer a discout opportunity you should state the restrictions at the outset Customer service should be from the begining I was offered a 10 discount for signing up to your mailing Then i am told I cannot have the discount that you offered Did not set a good impression and I nearly cancelled my order for my table I was so unimpressed

Hi Made in DesignWe placed this order and the website said delivery would be in 3-4 weeks We have had no email to confirm this has been dispatched and no one replies to our emails or answers the phone We really want the items that we ordered and would appreciate a response to let us know what is happening What is happening with our order

Product arrived well packaged at 8am Shipping was unfortunately rather slow and email to the customer help was unanswered for several days by the time I received a response it was too late for them to make any change to my order All in all pleased with the range but wouldn t recommend for a quick easy order
