No delivery or customer service Avoid

Ordered in May still no items it is now August after holding for ages spoke to customer services and requested cancellation refund Told that customer services cannot action this which is unbelievable and will pass the request to another department Still no follow up comms or items I m going to have to raise a Visa dispute to try and get my money back via my bank UPDATE Amended score to 3 stars following positive response from MadeInDesign to this review thank you

Item was not as described colour was

Item was not as described colour was incorrectly advertised However the service was quick and I was able to return and recieve a full refund for the item Thank you

Eventually delivered

No effort to find my missing order incorrect information provided no attempt made to provide any details or assist Shipping company not even provided the order however they claim to have issued it Is there any chance of a refund Update - item delivered Thank you

Product came about 2 weeks after

Product came about 2 weeks after ordering Slightly outside of promised timeframe but understandable due to the time of year May not have ordered if I was aware was coming from France so the website could be more transparent that dealing with a French company Nothing against the French - just wary of Brexit cross border issues Product arrived in satisfactory condition delivered by DPD and we were happy with the design quality The brand was Eva Solo and although John Lewis stock some of their stuff what we ordered was not available so maybe getting from France was only option

Product seems good but customer service absent

Product seems good haven t used it yet and the packaging was not wasteful However I ve contacted customer services 3 times and never had a response The shipments come from France via Chronopost and are delivered in the UK by DPD You have to get the DPD driver to wait whilst you check the delivery some drivers are more willing than others My delivery also sat still with Chronopost for over a week Absolutely no communication from Made In Design not great They do respond to a review however hmm

The parcel arrived on time I loved the

The parcel arrived on time I loved the products and they were good value Unfortunately whoever had packed the parcel had sealed the decorative box containing the Ibride plates with brown parcel tape it was impossible to remove the tape without damaging the box

Getting hold of your customer care line

Getting hold of your customer care line is not an easy task

Good service

I checked stock and was advised only one in stock my requirement was for two Asked to check in a few days as more stock was expected I did so and the stock had arrived Order placed and prompt delivery only negative was delivery charge seemed excessive in view of weight and size of items 2 magazine racks

Courier lost package MID resolved swiftly

Ordered some tiptoe table legs Swiftly dispatched and Chronopost then lost them Never made it to the UK One call to MID let them know the issue and a second to ask to cancel the order and a refund was instantly issued Very happy with their customer service at a very busy time of year And not their fault the courier had a problem Just annoying I never got me legs

Resolution found

Ordered 2 lamps from here not realising the company was based in Europe Unfortunately the return costs are prohibitive due to Brexit but customer services have found a resolution to this Lovely items on the website but be mindful if anything needs returning as things are more difficult for us to return to Europe now
