Zhuhai China - Staff Rude and Unprofessional
I visited this hotel to enjoy their brunch buffet The buffet is supposed to operate from 7 00 am - 10 30 am However at 10 10 am a group five or so staff descended on the place and began shutting down the buffet I politely reminded one of the staff that the buffet operates for another twenty minutes At this point the female staff member started yelling at me

Horrendous No First Aid
My friend had an injury during the stay and the front desk did not even have a first aid kit They would not assist with the casualty I would not recommend this place as they do not care about the health and safety of their guests I won t go into the quality of the room it s below average first aid is an essential and legal requirement for all hospitality businesses And this hotel staff does not meet the minimum requirements for hospitality

So disappointed
OMG We had holes in the curtains my husbands bed had a rip in it the plug sockets are near the floor not the best position for a 68 year to do her hair the bath had scum all around don t think it had ever had a proper clean the food was cold And repeated every 3 days But the people where lovely and the public places were clean but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone never never

Azis simba Tito Pikatu Ahmed Hatim
Stayed here with my wife Caroline shakira as everyone called her A couple of hiccups to begin with but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us The food had lots of choice but I struggled and again the chef and waiters especially hatim made sure I had bespoke meals every night The entertainment boys AMAZING Azis simba pikatu and tito what a great group of lads Always had me laughing Dragged me up for activities Which I really enjoyed and even met like minded people thanks to azis as he always has a great group at archery sorry if u can t play it my Mrs lost the last bow in a tree Ahmed at the pool was absolutely amazing when someone stole my towels All the entertainment and pool boys deserve their flowers because had it not been for them I d of flown back to England The lady amd young man in the gift shop on site are the nicest people I ve ever met next to azis simba tito pikatu and Ahmed amd hatim The young ladies on reception are amazing also Can t wait to come back Thanks guys We can t wait to see you all and your beautiful country again
